The HPerformance TC870XT - 600HP steelblock turbokit is the entry level to the 870XT kits for the steelblocks, that end up in 700HP. The kit is specificly designed for the CEP TTRS 8J and RS3 8P that have very limited space in the engine bay available. Due to that the wastegateholder and the intake pipe are custom designed to fit these requirements. The new turboinlet is in 3,5" / 90mm diameter, the actuator is set up to 2 bar / 30PSI. The supplyed components allow to modify a stock virgin TTRS MK1 or RS3 MK1^toa reliable and reproduceable power level of 600HP. The power ratings are defensive and can be achieved with 102 ron or even 100 ron fueling. 98 ron requires additional WMI or lower boost, which ends up at 560-570HP.

TTRS 8J and RS3 8P is an extension of the 600hp basic kit. In contrast to the
600hp version, this kit is no longer driven on the standard engine, but on one
reinforced by an engine pack. HPerformance connecting rods, JE Pistons, valve
springs and other small parts make the engine ready for significantly more
power. In practice, the 50PS and approx. 50NM are extremely noticeable. The
torque in particular, which can now be increased across the entire band (more
boost pressure), makes the vehicles significantly faster. Even at low engine
speeds, significantly more power can now be generated thanks to the increase in
boost pressure, which makes the vehicles very lively. This is not possible
without a built-in engine pack. The performance specifications are designed to
be defensive and can be reproduced in a reproducible manner. The kit or the kit

HPerformance TC870XT steelblock 700HP kit is the strongest option that
we offer for the old steel block generation. The kit includes all parts
you need to get a fully virgin RS3 8V1 or RS Q3 8U CZGB to a reliable
horsepower level of 700 and 850NM of torque. The kit is designed to
perform 700HP continously under any condition, reproduceable. The kit
combines all benefits of our mordern 870XT hybrid turbo with the
requirements of a steel block engine. The reliability of the turbo is
due to the journal bearing section guaranteed over time. The engine pack
includes all necessary parts to build up a disassembled engine. The
chargecooling is a major key of this kit. Our Sport and Race Series
intercoolers are able to handle this power over time. Thefueöing system
is upgraded by a 12mm high pressure fuel pump. Pressure sensors allow to
monitor the ECU the actual boost, also above 2 Bar / 30PSI. The kit
requires software tuning. The kit can be TÜV apprved on a lower power
level.

The TC900XT turbokit comes in various stages that are listed below. Depending on previous modifications on your car you may need further supporting mods, or you can continue using already installed parts. In any way please read our power guide below carefully and make sure, you have the correct supporting mods for your power goals.The TC Turbos TC900XT is based on an brand new original DAZA / DNWA
2.5 TFSI Borg Warner stock frame turbocharger and always comes with heat shield. The TC 900XT is a result of more than 2 years development that had the main focus on reliability and daily usability as well as on the maximum power output. The turbo itself uses our latest technology of 9 blade exhaust turbine wheel and the 10 blade highflow compressor wheel. The turbo uses the stock actuator, which makes it comfortable in terms of softwaretuning. It can be used even with low grade pumps fuels.
The response of the TC900XT is similar to a standard
turbocharger. The turbo is able to generate 1100NM at 4000 rp/m. Throttle response is stock level, although
peak power can be up to 530 hp over stock. The TC900XT thus plays in a
performance class of many fullframe turbo kits, but is clearly superior in
