Product description: The low-pressure injector kit is used as soon as the TTRS / RS3 / RS Q3 has a performance of over 600hp. The original fuel supply becomes unstable in this area, the high-pressure injection system can support or compensate for the additional power up to a certain point, but this acts as an additional load on the rail pressure of the system. Product description: Water-methanol injections (also alcohol) are used to support intercooling and to improve fuel quality. The systems inject the mixture through a nozzle depending on the boost pressure (programmable). This is installed in the boost pressure system before or after the intercooler. The methanol / alcohol that is injected over it also improves knock resistance enormously. Fuels with a low octane number can thus be improved in terms of knock resistance. Thus, the engine is relieved in two ways (thermal and anti-knock). In addition, the fuel system can be relieved somewhat with the system in the 2.5 TFSI steel engines. Product description: The TC Turbos TC870XT is based on an original DAZA / DNWA 2.5 TFSI Borg Warner turbocharger. It can be exchanged directly for the original turbocharger in all DAZ and DNW models. It can also be driven in the old platforms CEP and CZG, we offer appropriate adaptations and kits. The TC870XT is a further development of the predecessor TC800XT, which uses the same robust bearing. A newly developed exhaust turbine wheel not only improves response by more than 300 rpm compared to the 800XT, but also increases peak performance by another 40 hp. In order to achieve the additional power, the turbocharger is revised on the fresh air and exhaust side. Its compressor housing is milled out accordingly in order to be able to use the new 11-blade compressor. The exhaust manifold is also machined in order to be able to drive the corresponding exhaust gas turbine profile. The enlargement of the compressor wheel allows more air volume and can therefore allow more filling (boost pressure / power) over the stock turbo. This is only possible in combination with the exhaust turbine wheel, which is also enlarged. The heart of the TC870XT is its rock solid bearing section. It can handle high loads and even overspinning over time. Compared to the stock unit and compared to corresponding competitors solutions, this was designed to be significantly larger in order to prevent damage caused by overspinning of the turbocharger and to meet the toughest demands. Due to its extremely robust bearing, it can also be used on circuits and racetracks under continuous load without any problems. The balancing work is carried out on high-precision machines from Schenk Germany. Both the individual components and the entire center section are finely balanced. The response of the TC870XT is similar to a standard turbocharger. There is only a difference of 300 rpm in response between the TC870XT and a standard turbocharger. Throttle response is stock level, although peak power can be up to 450 hp over stock. Whenever you want to have the same sound or performance than the non OPF vehicles you need to remove these. By removing them you vehicle will generate variuos fault codes due to the missing filters and the different lmabda values. Therefore we designed our OPF / OPF & lambda simulator tool. You can install this in combination with a decat downpipe without having any fault code or check light. It allows you to run turboback exhaust systems without touching the software of your car. The power increases up to 30HP and 70NM with a decat downpipe and the simulator box.Important:Your downpipe does need to have temperature sensor fittings to install the sensors into the downpipe. Otherwise check lights will appear. We have suitable downpipes inclusive this function. We guarantee the function of the module exclusively with our downpipes. Product description: Designing a fuel rail for our 5 cylinder comes from the increased fuel demand when power levelse exceed 700-800 hp. The velocity in the fuel rail at this point is twice of what it was designed for which cause significant turbulence. The turbulence will create a variation in the effective fuel level supplied to individual cylinders which may be seen as individual ignition pull from ECU. The stock rail also has a very poor flow geometry around the injectors where Audi has braced together two tubes. This manufacturing technique is cost effective but compromise flow as velocity increase. So what did we do to our rail to get around these challenges? First we increased the volume of the rail. This allows for more fuel available in the gallery and it significantly reduce velocity compared to stock rail. Secondly we used a production method which allow us to generate large radius corners inside the rail to reduce the local turbulence. So if you are look for a proper designed rail you should always check what kind of volume it presents over stock. We have looked at several solutions and most of them actually represent a smaller volume and increase velocity and turbulence over stock. Product description: The TC Turbos TC610XT is based on an original CEP CZG 2.5 TFSI Borg Warner turbocharger. It can be exchanged directly for the original turbocharger in all CEP and CZG models. The TC610XT is a further development of the predecessor TC550XT, which uses the same robust bearing. A newly developed exhaust turbine wheel not only improves response by more than 300 rpm compared to the 550XT, but also increases peak performance by another 35 hp. In order to achieve the additional power, the turbocharger is revised on the fresh air and exhaust side. Its compressor housing is milled out accordingly in order to be able to use the new 11-blade compressor. The exhaust manifold is also machined in order to be able to drive the corresponding exhaust gas turbine profile. The enlargement of the compressor wheel allows more air volume and can therefore allow more filling (boost pressure / power) over the stock turbo. This is only possible in combination with the exhaust turbine wheel, which is also enlarged. The heart of the TC610XT is its rock solid bearing section. It can handle high loads and even overspinning over time. Compared to the stock unit and compared to corresponding competitors solutions, this was designed to be significantly larger in order to prevent damage caused by overspinning of the turbocharger and to meet the toughest demands. Due to its extremely robust bearing, it can also be used on circuits and racetracks under continuous load without any problems. The balancing work is carried out on high-precision machines from Schenk Germany. Both the individual components and the entire center section are finely balanced. The response of the TC610XT is similar to a standard turbocharger. There is only a difference of 280 rpm in response between the TC610XT and a standard turbocharger.
