Product description: The low-pressure injector kit is used as soon as the TTRS / RS3 / RS Q3 has a performance of over 600hp. Product description: The 3,5" 90mm catback exhaust system is designed to handle power levels around 900HP and also offer a great sound, without having negative drone effects in the car. The system comes with a twin 2,75" 70mm pipe diameter, that goes into single 3,5" 90mm. At the smallest section the system offers a 3,5" 90mm diameter, which allows to handle 900HP. It is a plug and play exchange to the stock system, using the stock electric valve. Therefore the system can be controlled by the stock AUDI MMI / Dashboad switches (dynamique / comfort / individual) / auto). The exhaust system can be configured with or without middle silencer. If you choose the "street" option you have the middle silencers, and the system is street legal. Product description:  The HPerformance 4 inch - 101.6mm exhaust system is not only designed to achieve a never-before-seen sound on the 2.5 TFSI, but also to reproduce every technically possible performance from the perspective of exhaust back pressure. This system can easily cope with any possible output, even well over 1000 HP, without hissing as a result of a possible exhaust gas pressure plug. There is a balance between exhaust back pressure and actual possible performance. From a certain power level (with the original exhaust system from 650 HP), the exhaust back pressure increases and the efficiency and power output decrease equally - but not with our 101.6mm exhaust system.   Our 4 inch - 101.6mm exhaust system produces a sound that is very different from that of an 88.9mm - 3.5 inch exhaust system. The sound is generally much duller and more powerful - and thanks to our specially developed center silencer, it's just fun to enjoy every operating condition. This belongs to: 1. Exhaust valve closed: The system doesn't rumble or drone at all, its volume is at the same level as an original exhaust system, without even a hint of rumbling or drone.2. Exhaust valve open: The sound suddenly becomes deep, dull, unimaginably voluminous, an unknown sound image is created on the TTRS / RS3 / RSQ3 / VZ. Product description: Our milled chamber intake manifold for the 2.5 TFSI replaces the standard gap intake manifold. Gap intake manifolds are very efficient up to a certain power or boost pressure, as all cylinders are filled evenly. If boost pressures of 2 bar or more are used, we achieve significant increases in performance with our gap intake manifolds. Product description: The TC Turbos TC870XT is based on an original DAZA / DNWA 2.5 TFSI Borg Warner turbocharger. It can be exchanged directly for the original turbocharger in all DAZ and DNW models. It can also be driven in the old platforms CEP and CZG, we offer appropriate adaptations and kits. The TC870XT is a further development of the predecessor TC800XT, which uses the same robust bearing. A newly developed exhaust turbine wheel not only improves response by more than 300 rpm compared to the 800XT, but also increases peak performance by another 40 hp. In order to achieve the additional power, the turbocharger is revised on the fresh air and exhaust side. Its compressor housing is milled out accordingly in order to be able to use the new 11-blade compressor. The exhaust manifold is also machined in order to be able to drive the corresponding exhaust gas turbine profile. The enlargement of the compressor wheel allows more air volume and can therefore allow more filling (boost pressure / power) over the stock turbo. This is only possible in combination with the exhaust turbine wheel, which is also enlarged. The heart of the TC870XT is its rock solid bearing section. It can handle high loads and even overspinning over time. Compared to the stock unit and compared to corresponding competitors solutions, this was designed to be significantly larger in order to prevent damage caused by overspinning of the turbocharger and to meet the toughest demands. Due to its extremely robust bearing, it can also be used on circuits and racetracks under continuous load without any problems. The balancing work is carried out on high-precision machines from Schenk Germany. Both the individual components and the entire center section are finely balanced. The response of the TC870XT is similar to a standard turbocharger. There is only a difference of 300 rpm in response between the TC870XT and a standard turbocharger. Throttle response is stock level, although peak power can be up to 450 hp over stock. Product description: The HPerformance 3,5" 90mm downpipe replaces the oringinal factory downpipe. The Factory downpipe comes with a huge restriction on top, directly after the exhaut gas outlet of the turbocharger. As soon as the engine is loaded with more boost, the resulting exhaust gases cannot be handled properly by the stock downpipe. The temperature increases and the back pressure is rising due to the growing mass of exhaust gases. The HPerformance TÜV downpipe replaces the stock front catalysator and has 2 x 400cell catalysators under the car. This downpipe is street legal and can handle up to 850HP. We also offer the option to 2 x 200 cell or 2 x 100 cell as well as a twin decat straight pipe version. Depending on your countries regulations or your own power expectations you can choose your prefered style of catalysator. All of our downpipe solutions (400 cell, 200 cell, 100 cell or straight pipe) will offer significant exhaust gas temperature  and backpressure drop compared over the stock downpipe. Also, the sound is more deeptone and backfire will appear by downshifting. The power is increased by removing the stock downpipe to a HP downpipe round about 8-9% over stock. Back pressure reduces around 0,45 bar on stage 2 cars up to 1 bar on stage 3 cars.Any change on catalysators (replacing, changing cells or size - different than stock) requires software tuning of the engine control unit. Our TÜV catalysators do not come with TÜV documentations. They just fit the requirements to be legalized in combination with our software and hardware. We can approve them in combination with further hardware & software modifications in house. The 3,5" 90mm catback exhaust system is designed to handle power levels around 900HP and also offer a great sound, without having negative drone effects in the car. The system comes with a twin 2,75" 70mm pipe diameter, that goes into single 3,5" 90mm. At the smallest section the system offers a 3,5" 90mm diameter, which allows to handle 900HP. It is a plug and play exchange to the stock system, using the stock electric valve. Therefore the system can be controlled by the stock AUDI "S-switch".

DQ 500 reinforced dual mass flywheel - AUDI TT RS, RS3, VZ5
Product description:  The power is transferred from the engine to the transmission via the flywheel. This is screwed to the crankshaft (on the engine side) and is connected to the gearbox via a shaft (plugged in on the gearbox side). This screw-connector system is connected using a wreath. As soon as the vehicles' performance is increased, or even with high mileage and the associated material fatigue, this ring breaks quickly. As soon as it is broken, the volume changes and the flywheel gets more and more "play" (unwanted movement), which in the worst case can lead to damage to the gearbox/gearbox housing. HPerformance's reinforced dual mass flywheel has solved this problem. The weak connecting ring is replaced by a milled carbide ring and screwed on. This means that unwanted signs of wear can no longer occur. The reinforcement is only available as a set with a new AUDI flywheel, as used flywheels with a broken rim fail and then have too much unwanted tilting play even with the reinforcement. We recommend the reinforcement for all vehicles with an output of 600 HP and more than 700 NM.
