Product description: Our milled chamber intake manifold for the 2.5 TFSI replaces the standard gap intake manifold. Gap intake manifolds are very efficient up to a certain power or boost pressure, as all cylinders are filled evenly. If boost pressures of 2 bar or more are used, we achieve significant increases in performance with our gap intake manifolds. Even with a level 3 with TC870XT, or TC900XT and similar turbochargers that produce over 2 bar, at 660hp there is already an increase of 30hp just by replacing the intake manifold.  Stage 4 cars with a reinforced engine and a proportion of alcohol in the fuel, the intake manifold already achieves increases in the range of up to 50 hp. Not only does the peak power increase, the entire filling across the entire speed range is improved, which means the torque increases constantly. The system has a well designed holder bracket to prevent any touching in the engine bay. By using aluminium it has a great heat exchange and ist very light. It has no negative side / risk affects than carbon systems do in terms of melting, fading / bleaching and Deformation. Product description: This package contains the RACE SERIES intercooler, the 5 inch 125mm open intake system and the 3,14 inch 80mm charge pipe and billet throttle body elbow.  The intake system improves the flow on the cold side of the turbo (intake side) and the intercooler does a significant drop in charge air temperature. On the 3,14 inch 80mm outlet side of the intercooler, the charge pipe and throttle body continue this huge diameter up to the inlet manifold. Vehicles, that run more than 2 bar / 29 psi over time doe benefit significant by the pressure drop improvement due to the big size of the outlet and charge pipe of the intercooler. Also, the stock electrical blow off is not designed for these boost / power levels. This is why we add a mechanical TIAL / TURBOSMART blow off valve that also generates a pleasant blow off sound when releasing the gas pedal.The kit does not only means a significant improvement in the intake air temperature, but also the improved fresh air supply through the intake in conjunction with the associated turbo inlet.
