Product description:

Die HPerformance X-Schaft-Pleuel wurden speziell für den Einsatz mit OEM-Serienkolben entwickelt. Dank des optimierten Trapezdesigns können die originalen Kolben ohne geometrische Nachteile weiterverwendet werden – bei deutlich erhöhter Belastbarkeit des Unterbaus.

Mit einem materialgeprüften Härtegrad von 41 HRC (Rockwell) erfüllen die Pleuel höchste Anforderungen im Hochleistungsbereich. Jedes einzelne Pleuel unterliegt einer 100 % Einzelkontrolle, um maximale Maßhaltigkeit und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Optional sind die Pleuel sowohl mit hochfesten ARP-Schrauben als auch mit bewährten Standardschrauben erhältlich – je nach Leistungsziel und Einsatzprofil.

Die Kombination aus Serienkolben und X-Schaft-Pleueln ist technisch besonders sinnvoll. OEM-Kolben sind konstruktiv äußerst robust und in der Praxis bis in hohe Leistungsbereiche bewährt. Leistungen von bis zu 800 PS auf Straßenkraftstoffen sind problemlos realisierbar. Je nach Setup können Serienkolben teilweise sogar 900 PS sowie Drehmomentbereiche nahe 950 Nm darstellen.

Ein großer Vorteil der Serienkolben liegt im OEM-Engineering:

  • Optimiertes Kolbenringpaket

  • Sehr gutes Verschleißverhalten

  • Kontrollierter Ölverbrauch

  • Serienmäßig abgestimmte Piston-to-Wall-Clearance

  • Ruhiger Motorlauf, auch im Kaltzustand

Im Vergleich zu vielen Aftermarket-Kolben bleiben diese alltagstauglichen Eigenschaften vollständig erhalten.

Durch die angepasste Pleuellänge wird die Verdichtung gezielt auf 9,7:1 reduziert (statt 10,0:1 Serie). Daraus ergeben sich klare Vorteile:

  • Reduzierte Klopfneigung

  • Geringere thermische Belastung

  • Stabileres Verbrennungsverhalten bei hohen Ladedrücken

  • Mehr Sicherheit bei Upgrade-Turboladern

  • Bessere Eignung für 98-Oktan- bzw. Straßenkraftstoffe

Die HPerformance X-Schaft-Pleuel ermöglichen somit das Beste aus beiden Welten: maximale mechanische Stabilität im Unterbau bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung aller Vorteile der serienmäßigen Kolbenkonstruktion.
