The latest 2.5 TFSI DNWA DNWC RS3 and TTRS generation is equipped with gasoline particulate filters (OPF). If you want the same sound or performance as the non-OPF vehicles, these must be removed. However, if they are simply removed, the vehicle will generate different error codes (engine light etc.) due to the missing filters and the different lambda values. For this reason, we have developed our OPF/OPF and Lambda simulator tool. This allows a downpipe without catalytic converter and without OPF to be installed without an error code or indicator light lighting up. The control unit and the software do not need to be adapted for this, making it possible to retrofit without leaving a trace. Not only does the sound finally become throaty, powerful and louder again, but the performance also increases by up to 30 hp and 70 Nm.
