Unsere weiterentwickelte Hochdruckpumpe für den Audi RS4 B9 und RS5 B9 wurde speziell für höchste Leistungsbereiche und maximale Standfestigkeit entwickelt. Herzstück der Konstruktion ist ein 12,1 mm Hochleistungskolben, der in Verbindung mit einem vergrößerten Kammervolumen einen deutlich höheren Förderstrom und eine stabile Druckversorgung ermöglicht – selbst bei hohen Ladedrücken und hohen Drehzahlen. Der Kolben ist hohl ausgeführt, wodurch die bewegte Masse reduziert wird. Das sorgt nicht nur für ein schnelleres Ansprechverhalten, sondern auch für deutlich weniger Verschleiß an der Pumpeneinheit und am Rollenstößel.
Für maximale Langlebigkeit kommt eine robuste, reibungsarme DLC-Beschichtung in OEM-Serienqualität zum Einsatz. Diese reduziert die Reibung auf ein Minimum und garantiert einen ruhigen, effizienten Pumpenlauf. Ergänzt wird die Konstruktion durch einen besonders leichten Titanreteller, der ebenfalls zur hohen Drehzahlfestigkeit beiträgt und die mechanischen Lastspitzen der Pumpe reduziert.
Dank dieser Kombination aus großem Kolbendurchmesser, optimiertem Innenvolumen, reduzierter oszillierender Masse und hochwertigen Materialien eignet sich die Pumpe ideal für leistungsstarke Umbauten. Auf 102 Oktan sind damit Leistungsbereiche von bis zu 800 PS realistisch abbildbar. Die Pumpe bietet somit eine zuverlässige und zukunftssichere Basis für anspruchsvolle RS4-Setups, egal ob Straßen- oder Track-Einsatz.
