Product description:
Our advanced high-pressure pump for the Audi RS4 B9 and RS5 B9 was specifically designed for the highest performance ranges and maximum durability. At the heart of the design is a 12.1 mm high-performance piston, which, in combination with an enlarged chamber volume, enables a significantly higher flow rate and a stable pressure supply—even at high boost pressures and high RPMs. The piston is hollow, which reduces the moving mass. This not only ensures faster response but also significantly less wear on the pump unit and the roller tappet.
To ensure maximum durability, a robust, low-friction DLC coating of OEM production quality is used. This reduces friction to a minimum and guarantees smooth, efficient pump operation. The design is complemented by an exceptionally lightweight titanium impeller, which also contributes to high speed stability and reduces mechanical stress peaks in the pump.
Thanks to this combination of a large piston diameter, optimized internal volume, reduced oscillating mass, and high-quality materials, the pump is ideally suited for high-performance modifications. On 102 octane fuel, power outputs of up to 800 hp are realistically achievable. The pump thus provides a reliable and future-proof foundation for demanding RS4 setups, whether for street or track use.
