The TC Turbos X610 is based on an original K16 CEP CZG steel engine 2.5 TFSI Borg Warner turbocharger. It can be used as a direct replacement for the original turbocharger in all CEP and CZG models. The TC610XT is a further development of its predecessor, the TC550XT, which uses the same robust bearings. A newly developed exhaust gas turbine has not only improved the response by more than 300 rpm compared to the 550XT, but also increased the peak power by a further 35 hp.

In order to achieve the extra power, the turbocharger is being reworked on both the fresh air and exhaust sides. Its compressor housing is milled accordingly in order to be able to use the new 11-blade compressor. The exhaust manifold is also machined in order to be able to run the corresponding exhaust turbine profile. The enlargement of the compressor wheel allows for more air volume and can therefore enable more charge (boost pressure / power). This is only possible in conjunction with the exhaust gas turbine wheel, which has also been enlarged in balance and adapted to the design of the compressor wheel. At the heart of the X610 is its bearing. This has been designed to be significantly larger than in series production and in comparison to corresponding competitors in order to prevent damage caused by the turbocharger overspeeding and to withstand the toughest loads. Thanks to its extremely robust bearings, it can also be used on circuits and race tracks under continuous load without any problems.

The response behavior of the X610 is similar to that of a series turbocharger. There is only a difference of 280 rpm in response between the X610 and a series turbocharger. The response when changing the throttle load is at series level, although the peak output can be up to 300 hp higher than series.

The following performances are possible with the turbocharger with the appropriate fuels and planned additional hardware measures:

98 octane (EU) = 500hp
Front charge air cooler (HP Sport series), turbo inlet (min. 90mm), intake system (min. 90mm), downpipe (90mm), 12mm high-pressure pump,

100 octane (EU) = 540 hp
Front charge air cooler (HP Sport series), turbo inlet (min. 90mm), intake system (min. 100mm), downpipe (90mm), high-pressure pump 12mm, spark plugs NGK-R, pressure pipe (min. 65mm), exhaust system from catalytic converter (CEP),

102 octane (EU) = 600 hp
Front charge air cooler (HP Sport series), turbo inlet (min. 90mm), intake system (min. 100mm), downpipe (90mm), high-pressure pump 12mm, spark plugs NGK-R, pressure pipe (min. 65mm), exhaust system from catalytic converter (CEP),

E85 / XE85 = 640 hp
Front charge air cooler (HP Sport series), turbo inlet (min. 90mm), intake system (min. 100mm), downpipe (90mm), high-pressure pump 12mm, spark plugs NGK-R, pressure pipe (min. 65mm), exhaust system from catalytic converter (CEP), mechanical blow-off,

We have various performance kits to match the X610. We can also supply the right software for every fuel. With our flash tool, the vehicle can be programmed anywhere in the world. This applies to the engine and transmission control unit. Please ask for prices.
