Product description:
HPerformance 850NM Upgrade-Kupplung für alle 2.5 TFSI Modelle. Unsere 13 Scheiben Kupplung (Reibscheiben) ist für Fahrzeuge gedacht, die dauerhaft über 800NM generieren.
It has a reinforced basket as well as 6 large and 7 small friction disks (13 in total on clutch 1 and clutch 2). There are also 6 + 8 precision disks made of special steel.
This combination is always recommended if the original flywheel is already making noises (rattling) and therefore needs to be replaced anyway - in this case directly with a reinforced one. The center ring of the flywheel, which is the weak point, then no longer breaks even with increased torque and launch control starts.
The 2.5 TFSI models quickly reach 650-700NM even at simple power levels. Increasing the clutch pressure only brings short-term success. At the latest when upgrade / hybrid turbochargers such as the X6, X8 or the 870XT are driven, a stronger clutch is essential in the long term!
Unser Upgrade des DQ500 auf standfeste 850NM stellt hierfür die ideale Lösung dar. Sie besitzt einen deutlich erhöhten Reibwert und kann dauerhaft bis zu 850NM übertragen ohne zu rutschen.
Die HPerformance 850NM Kupplung ist unter anderem Bestandteil unserer 707PS Leistungskits, da sie sich durch sehr gute Alltagstauglichkeit auszeichnet. Für den Fahrer treten keinerlei negative Nebenerscheinungen auf, das Fahrgefühl verändert sich nicht.
Please note: If we install the clutch in-house, the vehicle must remain with us for 2 days. A wheel alignment will then be performed. A transmission fluid change will also be carried out.
