Every Turbosmart turbocharger comes standard with everything needed for installation —including weld-on flanges, V-band clamps, gaskets, and oil supply and return fittings.
Die TS-1 Serie umfasst ölgekühlte Turbolader mit leichten, im Feingussverfahren hergestellten Turbinengehäusen und einer firmeneigenen Kombination aus Lagerung und Hauptwelle. Diese sorgt für ein Ansprechverhalten, das man zuvor für unmöglich gehalten hätte, kombiniert mit der Leistung, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, für den Turbosmart weltweit bekannt ist.
Die extrem geringe rotierende Masse unseres einzigartigen Lager- und Wellenaufbaus wird mit einer aggressiven Verdichter-Aerodynamik kombiniert, um hohe Leistung bereits bei niedrigeren Wellendrehzahlen zu ermöglichen. Ein speziell entwickeltes Turbinenrad stellt sicher, dass die Performance selbst bei hoher Last und hohem Durchfluss konstant bleibt.
Alle Turbosmart-Turbolader wurden mit einem ganzheitlichen Motor-zu-Motor-Ansatz entwickelt, mit dem Ziel, durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und Hochleistungsturbinen maximale Performance zu erzielen – bei gleichzeitig kleinerem, leichterem und schnellerem Ansprechverhalten im Vergleich zu vielen marktüblichen Lösungen.
