Every Turbosmart turbocharger comes standard with everything needed for installation —including weld-on flanges, V-band clamps, gaskets, oil supply and return ports , and coolant supply and return ports.
Die TS-2 Serie umfasst wasser- und ölgekühlte Turbolader mit leichten Turbinengehäusen aus Feinguss sowie einer proprietären Kombination aus Lagerung und Hauptwelle. Diese ermöglicht ein Ansprechverhalten, das man zuvor nicht für möglich gehalten hätte, zusammen mit der Performance, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, für den Turbosmart bekannt ist.
Die extrem geringe rotierende Masse unseres einzigartigen Lager- und Wellenaufbaus wird mit einer aggressiven Verdichter-Aerodynamik kombiniert, um hohe Leistung bereits bei niedrigeren Wellendrehzahlen zu erreichen. Ein speziell entwickeltes Turbinenrad stellt sicher, dass die Leistung auch bei hoher Last und hohem Durchfluss konstant bleibt.
Die TS-2 Turbolader-Serie folgt einem Engine-End-to-End-Ansatz, der maximale Leistung durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und Hochleistungs-Turbinen anstrebt – und dabei Lösungen bietet, die kleiner, leichter und schneller im Ansprechverhalten sind als viele andere Systeme auf dem Markt.
