Smaller, lighter, and faster – Turbosmart’s turbocharger series was developed to make the most of modern materials and cutting-edge design and manufacturing techniques, creating a range of turbochargers that meets the high demands of both motorsport teams and performance enthusiasts alike.
Every Turbosmart turbocharger comes standard with everything needed for installation—including weld-on flanges, V-band clamps, gaskets, and oil supply and return ports.
The TS-1 series consists of oil-cooled turbochargers with lightweight turbine housings manufactured using precision casting. A proprietary combination of bearings and the main shaft enables an extremely fast response—something that was previously rarely possible in this power class—along with the quality, reliability, and support for which Turbosmart is known.
The extremely low rotating mass of our unique bearing and shaft design is combined with aggressive compressor aerodynamics to achieve high performance even at low shaft speeds. This is complemented by a specially designed turbine wheel that ensures that performance and flow remain constant even under high loads.
All Turbosmart turbochargers have been developed using an engine-to-end approach, with the goal of delivering maximum power through reduced exhaust backpressure and efficient high-performance turbines—while featuring a smaller, lighter design and faster response times than comparable solutions on the market.
