Product description:

The HPerformance Ethanol Engine Pack is the highest level of engine components we offer. It is based on JE Piston forged piston blanks, which are manufactured according to HPerformance specifications. This prevents negative aspects such as rattling noises, "blow-by" or wear, which very quickly lead to engine failures.
The connecting rods were also designed by HPerformance and have some unique properties. The material quality, which is often hidden in the mesh, is an important factor in the strength of connecting rods. Our connecting rods have an HRC (Rockwell hardness) rating of 41 and a special 26mm small end design that reduces piston pin bending due to stress and handles more top end power. The Supertech valve springs help to ensure that the valves open and close cleanly even at high engine speeds. After various material and load tests, we have found that the OEM head bolts supplied by AUDI provide a higher torque than many of the aftermarket studs and do not require re-torquing as studs do. The engine pack also comes with all the gaskets and sealants required to assemble your engine. This saves a lot of stress and ensures a smooth assembly. 
This Engine Pack can handle all types of alcohol-based and methanol-based fuels and is designed for every power level of the 2.5 TFSI. Engine packs must be tailored to the vehicle setup. Hybrid turbo conversions or turbo kits should be customized in terms of compression and fuel to achieve maximum performance.

We can recommend the following for the choice of compaction:
  • 10.0:1 - Petrol station petrol at least 98 octane 
  • 10.5:1 - Petrol station petrol 98 octane + WMI or 102 octane
  • 11.0:1 - alcohol fuels, at least 30% alcohol content 
  • 11.5:1 - Pure alcohol E100
  • 12.0:1 - Special alcohol-methanol fuels

Arbeiten an Kraftfahrzeugen dürfen nur von geschultem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Einbaufehler können neben Fehlfunktionen am Produkt, auch zu gefährlichen technischen und ggf. rechtlichen Konsequenzen am Fahrzeug führen.
