Turbosmart ProPort – Kompakt, extrem leistungsstark und jetzt mit integriertem Positionssensor
Der ProPort von Turbosmart ist ein komplett neues 54-mm (2,13") Blow-Off-Ventil mit minimalem Platzbedarf und beeindruckender Durchflussleistung. Mit 420 CFM reicht seine Kapazität für Anwendungen bis 3500 PS – und er setzt sich deutlich von der Konkurrenz ab. Der ProPort ist 30 mm (1,2") niedriger als der PowerPort und liefert über 25 % mehr Durchfluss als das marktführende 50-mm RacePort. Zu den Highlights gehören das einzigartige Locking-Collar-Design, ein neu entwickeltes Abluftprofil, die Sensor-Cap-Option sowie verschiedene Federoptionen für alle Turbo- und Kompressorsysteme.
Diese ProPort-Version ist werksseitig mit einem Hall-Effekt-Positionssensor ausgestattet, sodass die Ventilbewegung exakt gemessen und geloggt werden kann. Die Turbosmart-eigene Sensortechnik arbeitet mit einem blind gebohrten, vollständig geschlossenen Deckel, wodurch keine Undichtigkeiten möglich sind.
Der ProPort entstand aus über 25 Jahren Erfahrung im Bau von Blow-Off-Ventilen und 12 Monaten intensiver Entwicklungsarbeit. Das Design wurde mithilfe von CFD-Simulationen optimiert und im realen Einsatz validiert, um den höchstmöglichen Durchfluss für moderne Tuning- und Motorsportanwendungen zu gewährleisten. Das Mil-Spec-Membranventil reagiert extrem schnell und nutzt das bewährte Boost-Balance-System – je mehr Ladedruck anliegt, desto besser dichtet es ab.
Die Versionen mit integriertem Positionssensor verwenden einen berührungslosen Hall-Effekt-Sensor, der ohne Durchgangsbohrungen auskommt – vollständig dicht und absolut zuverlässig. Die gewonnenen Daten sind für professionelle Rennteams ebenso wertvoll wie für ambitionierte Hobbyschrauber, insbesondere wenn jede Runde und jede Sekunde zählt.
Das hochwertige Quick-Release-V-Band-System entspricht der hohen Turbosmart-Qualität. Der charakteristische GenV-Deckel bietet zwei 1/8" NPT Referenzanschlüsse und kann gedreht werden, um die Unterdruckleitungen optimal im Motorraum zu verlegen.
