Die GenV RacePort „Sensor Cap“ ermöglicht es, die Position des Blow-Off-Ventils (BOV) für Diagnose- oder Abstimmungszwecke präzise zu überwachen – eine absolut einzigartige Lösung und die erste ihrer Art auf dem Markt.
Wenn das BOV für Traktions- oder Drehmomentkontrolle eingesetzt wird, ist es entscheidend zu wissen, wie weit das Ventil geöffnet ist. Diese Information liefert wertvolle Einblicke, um den Kalibrierungsprozess weiter zu optimieren.
Neben dem Vorteil in der Abstimmung können die Daten auch zur Fehlerdiagnose genutzt werden.
