Kleiner, leichter und schneller – Die Turbolader-Serie von Turbosmart wurde entwickelt, um moderne Materialien sowie fortschrittliche Design- und Fertigungstechniken zu nutzen. Dadurch entstand eine Turbolader-Reihe, die sowohl den Anforderungen des Motorsports als auch denen von Performance-Enthusiasten gerecht wird.
Jeder Turbosmart-Turbolader wird standardmäßig mit allem geliefert, was für die Installation benötigt wird – darunter Schweißflansche, V-Band-Klemmen, Dichtungen sowie Ölzu- und Ölrücklaufanschlüsse.
Die TS-1 Serie umfasst ölgekühlte Turbolader mit leichten, im Feingussverfahren hergestellten Turbinengehäusen. Eine proprietäre Kombination aus Lagerung und Hauptwelle ermöglicht ein extrem schnelles Ansprechverhalten – zusammen mit der Performance, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, den man von Turbosmart kennt.
Die extrem geringe rotierende Masse unseres einzigartigen Lager- und Wellenaufbaus wird mit aggressiver Verdichter-Aerodynamik kombiniert, um hohe Leistungswerte schon bei niedrigen Wellendrehzahlen zu erzielen. Ein speziell entwickeltes Turbinenrad stellt sicher, dass Leistung und Durchfluss selbst bei hoher Last konstant bleiben.
Alle Turbosmart-Turbolader wurden mit einem Engine-End-to-End-Konzept entwickelt, um durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und leistungsstarke Turbinen maximale Performance zu ermöglichen – und gleichzeitig kleiner, leichter und schneller im Ansprechverhalten zu sein als andere Lösungen am Markt.
