Kleiner, leichter und schneller – Die Turbosmart-Turboladerserie wurde entwickelt, um moderne Materialien sowie fortschrittliche Konstruktions- und Fertigungstechniken zu nutzen und eine Turbolader-Reihe zu schaffen, die den Anforderungen sowohl des Motorsports als auch ambitionierter Performance-Enthusiasten gerecht wird.
Jeder Turbosmart-Turbolader wird standardmäßig mit allem geliefert, was für die Installation benötigt wird – einschließlich Schweißflanschen, V-Band-Klammern, Dichtungen sowie Ölzu- und Ölrücklaufanschlüssen.
Die TS-1 Serie umfasst ölgekühlte Turbolader mit leichten Feinguss-Turbinengehäusen sowie einer firmeneigenen Lager- und Hauptwellenkombination, die ein Ansprechverhalten ermöglicht, das man zuvor nicht für möglich gehalten hätte – bei gleichzeitig hoher Performance, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, den man von Turbosmart bereits kennt.
Die extrem geringe rotierende Masse unseres einzigartigen Lager- und Wellenaufbaus wird mit einer aggressiven Verdichter-Aerodynamik kombiniert, um hohe Leistung bereits bei niedrigen Wellendrehzahlen zu ermöglichen. Ein speziell entwickeltes Turbinenrad stellt sicher, dass die Performance auch bei hohen Lasten und hohem Abgasdurchfluss konstant bleibt.
Alle Turbosmart-Turbolader wurden mit einem Engine-End-to-End-Ansatz entwickelt, um durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und hochleistungsfähige Turbinen maximale Leistung zu erzielen – und das bei Lösungen, die kleiner, leichter und schneller im Ansprechverhalten sind als viele Alternativen auf dem Markt.
