Kleiner, leichter und schneller – Die Turbosmart-Turboladerserie wurde entwickelt, um moderne Materialien sowie fortschrittliche Konstruktions- und Fertigungstechniken zu nutzen und eine Turbolader-Reihe zu schaffen, die die Anforderungen sowohl des Motorsports als auch von Performance-Enthusiasten erfüllt.
Jeder Turbosmart-Turbolader wird standardmäßig mit allem geliefert, was für die Installation benötigt wird – einschließlich Schweißflanschen, V-Band-Klammern, Dichtungen sowie Ölzu- und Ölrücklaufanschlüssen.
Die TS-1 Serie umfasst ölgekühlte Turbolader mit leichten Turbinengehäusen aus Feinguss sowie einer proprietären Kombination aus Lagerung und Hauptwelle. Diese sorgt für ein Ansprechverhalten, das man zuvor nicht für möglich gehalten hätte, kombiniert mit der Performance, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, für die Turbosmart bekannt ist.
Die extrem geringe rotierende Masse unseres einzigartigen Lager- und Wellenaufbaus wird mit aggressiver Verdichter-Aerodynamik kombiniert, um bereits bei niedrigen Wellendrehzahlen hohe Leistung zu erzeugen. Ein speziell entwickeltes Turbinenrad stellt sicher, dass die Leistungsfähigkeit auch bei hoher Last und hohem Durchfluss konstant bleibt.
Alle Turbosmart-Turbolader wurden mit einem Engine-End-to-End-Ansatz entwickelt, mit dem Ziel, Leistung durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und Hochleistungsturbinen zu maximieren – und dabei kleiner, leichter und schneller im Ansprechverhalten zu sein als viele alternative Lösungen auf dem Markt.
