Kleiner, leichter und schneller – Die Turbolader-Serie von Turbosmart wurde entwickelt, um moderne Materialien sowie fortschrittliche Design- und Fertigungstechniken zu nutzen und eine Turboladerreihe zu schaffen, die den Anforderungen von Motorsport-Teams und Performance-Enthusiasten gleichermaßen gerecht wird.
Jeder Turbosmart-Turbolader wird standardmäßig mit allem geliefert, was für die Installation benötigt wird – inklusive Schweißflanschen, V-Band-Klemmen, Dichtungen sowie Ölzu- und -rücklaufanschlüssen.
Die TS-1 Serie besteht aus ölgekühlten Turboladern mit leichten, investitionsgegossenen Turbinengehäusen. Eine proprietäre Lager- und Hauptwellenkonstruktion sorgt für ein extrem schnelles Ansprechverhalten – kombiniert mit der Performance, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, für die Turbosmart bekannt ist.
Die außergewöhnlich geringe rotierende Masse unseres speziellen Lager- und Wellenaufbaus wird mit aggressiver Verdichter-Aerodynamik kombiniert, um hohe Leistungswerte schon bei niedrigen Wellendrehzahlen zu erzielen. Ein einzigartiges Turbinenrad sorgt dafür, dass die Leistung auch bei hoher Last und hohem Durchfluss konstant bleibt.
Alle Turbosmart-Turbolader wurden mit einem ganzheitlichen Motor-Ansatz entwickelt, der darauf abzielt, durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und hocheffiziente Turbinen maximale Leistung zu erzielen – und dabei kleiner, leichter und schneller ansprechend zu sein als Alternativen auf dem Markt.
