Kleiner, leichter und schneller – Die Turbosmart-Turboladerserie wurde entwickelt, um moderne Materialien sowie fortschrittliche Design- und Fertigungstechniken zu nutzen. So entsteht eine Turbolader-Reihe, die sowohl den Anforderungen des Motorsports als auch der Performance-Szene gerecht wird.
Jeder Turbosmart-Turbolader wird standardmäßig mit allem geliefert, was für die Installation benötigt wird – einschließlich Schweißflanschen, V-Band-Klammern, Dichtungen sowie Ölzu- und Ölrücklaufanschlüssen.
Die TS-1 Serie umfasst ölgekühlte Turbolader mit leichten Turbinengehäusen aus Feinguss sowie einer proprietären Kombination aus Lagerung und Hauptwelle, die ein Ansprechverhalten ermöglicht, das man zuvor nicht für möglich gehalten hätte – gepaart mit der Leistung, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, für den Turbosmart bekannt ist.
Die extrem geringe rotierende Masse unseres einzigartigen Lager- und Wellenaufbaus wird mit aggressiver Verdichter-Aerodynamik kombiniert, um bereits bei niedrigeren Wellendrehzahlen hohe Leistung bereitzustellen. Ein speziell entwickeltes Turbinenrad stellt sicher, dass die Performance auch bei hoher Last und hohem Durchfluss konstant bleibt.
Alle Turbosmart-Turbolader wurden mit einem Engine-End-to-End-Ansatz entwickelt, der maximale Effizienz durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und leistungsstarke Turbinen ermöglicht – und dabei Lösungen bietet, die kleiner, leichter und schneller im Ansprechverhalten sind als viele andere auf dem Markt.
