Kleiner, leichter und schneller – Die Turbolader-Serie von Turbosmart wurde entwickelt, um moderne Materialien sowie moderne Design- und Fertigungstechniken zu nutzen und eine Turbolader-Reihe zu schaffen, die den Anforderungen sowohl des Motorsports als auch von Performance-Enthusiasten gerecht wird.
Jeder Turbosmart-Turbolader wird standardmäßig mit allem geliefert, was für die Installation benötigt wird – einschließlich Schweißflanschen, V-Band-Klemmen, Dichtungen sowie Ölzu- und Ölrücklaufanschlüssen.
Die TS-1 Serie besteht aus ölgekühlten Turboladern mit leichten, im Feingussverfahren hergestellten Turbinengehäusen. Eine proprietäre Kombination aus Lagerung und Hauptwelle sorgt für ein extrem schnelles Ansprechverhalten – in Kombination mit der Leistung, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, für die Turbosmart bekannt ist.
Die extrem geringe rotierende Masse unseres einzigartigen Lager- und Wellenaufbaus wird mit aggressiver Verdichter-Aerodynamik kombiniert, um hohe Leistungswerte bereits bei niedrigen Wellendrehzahlen zu erreichen. Ein speziell entwickeltes Turbinenrad stellt sicher, dass Leistung und Durchfluss auch bei hoher Last konstant bleiben.
Alle Turbosmart-Turbolader wurden mit einem Engine-End-to-End-Ansatz entwickelt, um durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und hocheffiziente Turbinen maximale Leistung zu ermöglichen – und dabei kleiner, leichter und schneller im Ansprechverhalten zu sein als andere Lösungen am Markt.
