Kleiner, leichter und schneller – Die Turbolader-Serie von Turbosmart wurde entwickelt, um moderne Materialien sowie innovative Design- und Fertigungstechniken optimal zu nutzen und eine Turbolader-Reihe zu schaffen, die sowohl den hohen Anforderungen des Motorsports als auch den Erwartungen anspruchsvoller Performance-Enthusiasten gerecht wird.
Jeder Turbosmart-Turbolader wird standardmäßig mit sämtlichem benötigten Installationszubehör geliefert – darunter Schweißflansche, V-Band-Klemmen, Dichtungen sowie Ölzu- und Ölrücklaufanschlüsse.
Die TS-1 Serie besteht aus ölgekühlten Turboladern mit leichten, im Feingussverfahren hergestellten Turbinengehäusen. Eine proprietäre Kombination aus Lagerung und Hauptwelle ermöglicht ein extrem schnelles Ansprechverhalten – kombiniert mit der Leistung, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, für die Turbosmart bekannt ist.
Die extrem geringe rotierende Masse unseres einzigartigen Lager- und Wellenaufbaus wird zusammen mit aggressiver Verdichter-Aerodynamik eingesetzt, um hohe Leistungswerte bereits bei niedrigen Wellendrehzahlen zu erreichen. Ein speziell entwickeltes Turbinenrad stellt sicher, dass Durchfluss und Leistung auch unter hoher Last konstant bleiben.
Alle Turbosmart-Turbolader wurden nach einem Engine-End-to-End-Prinzip entwickelt, um Leistung durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und hocheffiziente Turbinen zu maximieren – und dabei kleiner, leichter und schneller im Ansprechverhalten zu sein als vergleichbare Lösungen auf dem Markt.
