Das externe Wastegate GenV HyperGate45 Compressed Gas ist ein kostengünstiges, leistungsstarkes 45-mm-Extern-Wastegate, das für Regelungsstrategien entwickelt wurde, die die obere Kammer aktiv mit erhöhtem Druck für einen Betrieb mit großer Ladedruckbandbreite versorgen, wie z. B. bei CO2-Drag-Racing oder Druckluftanwendungen. Die externe Wastegate-Reihe Compressed Gas / C02 verfügt über eine umgekehrte Membran, die für Hochdruck-CO2- oder Druckluftsysteme und große Druckunterschiede geeignet ist.
Das GenV bietet umfangreiche Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten für den Anwender, weltweit führende erweiterte thermische Leistung, Ermüdungsbeständigkeit und erstklassige Durchflussleistung für optimale Steuerung und Langlebigkeit.
Das externe Wastegate GenV von Turbosmart ist eine grundlegende Überarbeitung eines Klassikers, und das einzige Merkmal, das von der Gen4-Reihe übernommen wurde, ist die Einbaulage. Die GenV-Reihe wurde intern für maximalen Durchfluss und thermisches Management CFD-optimiert und validiert und bietet mehr Funktionen, Optionen und Leistung als jedes andere Wastegate.
Sie sind eine direkt passende Aufrüstung für alle Gen4-Wastegates von Turbosmart und verfügen über unser einzigartiges Kragenverriegelungssystem, eine variable Aktuatorabdeckung und Basis für eine einfache, optionale 360-Grad-Verlegung von Referenzschläuchen, V-Band-Klemmen vom Typ Riemen, optionale Flüssigkeitskühlung, 1/8″-NPT-Referenzanschlüsse und werden mit dem gesamten Sortiment an verfügbaren Federn geliefert.
