Entdecke die innovative 3,5 Zoll (90 mm) Downpipe von HPerformance, speziell entwickelt für die VAG 2.0 TFSI Motoren mit OPF. Sie beginnt am Turboladerausgang und ersetzt den serienmäßigen Vorkatalysator durch einen 200 Zeller Kat. Diese Version sorgt für eine extreme Klangveränderung und -verbesserung, da der OPF entfällt.Der erweiterte Rohrdurchmesser reduziert den Abgasgegendruck um bis zu 25% (je nach Ladedruck, Turbolader und weiterer Ausstattung) und minimiert dadurch stark die Neigung des Motors zu klopfen. In unserer Turbolader-Entwicklung haben wir festgestellt, dass eine optimierte 3,5 Zoll (90 mm) Downpipe – im Vergleich zur Originalausführung – bis zu 20 PS und 25 Nm mehr Leistung sowie eine Senkung des Abgasgegendrucks um bis zu 0,15 bar bringen kann.Jede Modifikation an Katalysatoren (Austausch, Änderung der Zellen oder Größe – abweichend vom Original) erfordert eine Anpassung der Motorsteuergerät-Software. In Kombination mit unserer OPF-Simulatorbox kann diese Downpipe auch ohne Tuning (Softwareanpassung) gefahren werden. Dabei sorgt unsere OPF-Simulatorbox dafür, das keine Fehlermeldungen erscheinen.
