Produktbeschreibung:Die HPerformance 3,5" (90 mm) Retrofit-Downpipe ersetzt die originale Downpipe und wurde gezielt dafür entwickelt, die neue Turbolader-Generation in älteren 2.5-TFSI-Modellen nutzbar zu machen. Sie bildet die technische Grundlage für den Umbau auf den aktuellen DAZA-Turbolader sowie auf leistungsstärkere Upgrade-Turbos wie X6, X8 etc., auch im CZGB-Motor.
Die neuen Turbolader basieren auf einer modernisierten Laderarchitektur mit hoch effizienten Gleitlagersystemen, optimierter Abgasführung und verbesserter thermischer Auslegung. Gegenüber den älteren Ladergenerationen zeichnen sie sich durch:

aus. Gerade bei leistungsgesteigerten Setups stellen diese Eigenschaften einen erheblichen technischen Fortschritt dar.
Um diese Vorteile auch in älteren Fahrzeugplattformen realisieren zu können, ist eine passende Abgasanbindung mit ausreichendem Querschnitt zwingend erforderlich. Die 90-mm-Retrofit-Downpipe stellt genau diesen Übergang her und gewährleistet einen verlustarmen Abgasabfluss, der auf die Anforderungen der neuen Turbogeneration abgestimmt ist. Dadurch wird nicht nur die maximale Leistung unterstützt, sondern auch die mechanische und thermische Belastung des Turboladers reduziert, was sich direkt positiv auf die Lebensdauer des Gesamtsystems auswirkt.
Die Downpipe kann sowohl mit den serienmäßigen Katalysatorrohren der DAZ-Modelle betrieben werden als auch mit unseren optionalen 100- oder 400-Zellen-Katalysatormodulen, wodurch sich unterschiedliche Leistungs-, Emissions- und Einsatzkonzepte realisieren lassen.
