Product description:
Warum kommt bei Launch Control und Leistungsgesteigerten Fahrzeugen überhaupt Öl aus der DSG-Entlüftung raus?
- Beim normalen Fahren ist der Druck im Getriebe moderat → kaum Ölnebel an der Entlüftung.
- Sobald du aber Launch Control nutzt oder ein TCU-Tuning mit höherem Kupplungsdruck (z. B. HPerformance Stage 1 mit Getriebesoftware) fährst, wird der Hydraulikdruck in der Mechatronik massiv erhöht (oft >20 bar).
- Dieser Druck drückt feinsten ATF-Ölnebel durch die Entlüftungsbohrung der Mechatronik nach außen (das kleine schwarze Röhrchen oben auf dem Getriebe).
- Der Nebel setzt sich dann im Motorraum ab → öliger Dreck überall, vor allem auf Ladeluftkühler, Ansaugung, Unterboden usw.
- Im Extremfall läuft sogar flüssiges Öl raus und tropft runter (kennt man von vielen 400–600 PS Golf R / S3 / TTRS mit LC-Brutalo-Starts).
Was macht der gefräste HP DSG-Catchtank genau?
- Er wird direkt an die originale Entlüftung der Mechatronik angeschlossen.
- Der Ölnebel kondensiert im Tank → das Öl sammelt sich unten.
- Unser Catchtank hat eine Rücklaufleitung → das abgeschiedene Öl läuft kontrolliert wieder zurück ins Getriebe (kein Ölverlust!).
- Ergebnis: Motorraum bleibt sauber, kein Ölverlust, Getriebe behält sein komplettes Ölvolumen.
