Product description:
The 1400PS+ fuel kit for all 2.5 TFSI 400PS models consists of our Twin-Line low-pressure fuel pump and the specially developed fuel rail. The fuel rail, which has 2 inlets, can exploit its full potential in this version. The second line from the fuel pump directly to the fuel rail ensures that sufficient reserves are available even with enormous delivery quantities. It is known that up to 1000 hp can be driven with one line, if two are used (as in our kit), this is a solution that has more than enough reserves at all times.
The HPerformance 1300HP+ Twin-Line low-pressure fuel pump is based on a brand new AUDI pump. In addition, a secondary brushless pump is combined with the system. This secondary pump is activated by a pressure switch via boost pressure and can be set to start at any boost level between 1 and 3.5 bar / 17 and 50 PSI. This helps to keep the fuel temperature low as the pump does not have to pump the fuel into the circuit when it is not needed. The maximum fuel pressure is 8 bar / 136 PSI to protect injectors and seals. The pump can pump gasoline as well as alcohol or methanol blended fuels. The pump is supplied with a fully plug-and-play wiring harness to fit your TTRS / RS3. The scope of delivery also includes installation instructions (download).
