Turbosmart ProPort – Compact, extremely powerful, and now with a built-in position sensor
The ProPort from Turbosmart is a completely new 54-mm (2.13") blow-off valve featuring a compact design and impressive flow capacity. With a capacity of 420 CFM, it is suitable for applications up to 3,500 hp —and stands out clearly from the competition. The ProPort is 30 mm (1.2") shorter than the PowerPort and delivers over 25% more flow than the market-leading 50-mm RacePort. Highlights include the unique locking collar design, a newly developed exhaust port profile, the sensor cap option, and various spring options for all turbo and supercharger systems.
This version of the ProPort comes factory-equipped with a Hall-effect position sensor, allowing valve movement to be precisely measured and logged. Turbosmart’s proprietary sensor technology uses a blind-drilled, fully sealed cover, eliminating the possibility of leaks.
The ProPort is the result of over 25 years of experience in manufacturing blow-off valves and 12 months of intensive development work. The design was optimized using CFD simulations and validated in real-world use to ensure the highest possible flow rate for modern tuning and motorsport applications. The Mil-Spec diaphragm valve responds extremely quickly and utilizes the proven Boost Balance System —the higher the boost pressure, the better it seals.
The versions with an integrated position sensor use a contactless Hall-effect sensor that requires no through-holes—making them completely sealed and absolutely reliable. The data collected is just as valuable to professional racing teams as it is to ambitious hobbyists, especially when every lap and every second counts.
The high-quality Quick-Release V-Band system meets Turbosmart's high standards. The distinctive GenV cap features two 1/8" NPT reference ports and can be rotated to allow for optimal routing of the vacuum lines in the engine compartment.
