Turbosmart ProPort – 54 mm blow-off valve with extreme flow capacity (supercharger version)
The ProPort from Turbosmart is a completely new 54-mm (2.13") blow-off valve that offers impressive flow capacity despite its very compact design. With 420 CFM —enough for applications up to 3,500 hp —the ProPort is in a league of its own. It is 30 mm (1.2") shorter than the PowerPort while delivering over 25% more flow than the market-leading 50-mm RacePort. Features include the unique locking collar design, a newly developed valve profile, the sensor cap option, and various spring options for turbo and supercharger systems.
Supercharger-specific version
The Supercharger version of the ProPort features a softer spring (4 inHg) so that the valve remains open even at idle, even though the supercharger continues to generate boost pressure. This tuning is essential for smooth engine operation, proper bypass behavior, and optimized responsiveness in supercharger setups.
Development & Technology
The ProPort is the result of over 25 years of experience in manufacturing blow-off valves and 12 months of intensive development work. The design was optimized using CFD and validated in real-world conditions to ensure maximum flow under the extreme demands of tuning and motorsports.
The Mil-Spec diaphragm valve offers maximum response speed and operates using the proven Boost Balance System — the higher the boost pressure, the better the valve seals.
Optional: built-in Hall-effect position sensor
The ProPort is optionally available with a non-contact Hall-effect position sensor. This sensor does not require through-holes in the cover, thereby reliably preventing any form of leakage.
The data that can be read is just as valuable for professional racing teams as it is for ambitious amateur drivers—especially when every second on the track counts.
V-band & Connection Design
The high-quality Quick-Release V-Band system meets the standard you've come to expect from Turbosmart. The distinctive GenV cap is rotatable and features 2 × 1/8" NPT reference ports to facilitate routing of the vacuum lines in tight engine compartments.
