Turbosmart ProPort – 54 mm Blow-Off-Ventil mit extremem Durchfluss (Supercharger-Version)
Der ProPort von Turbosmart ist ein komplett neues 54-mm (2,13") Blow-Off-Ventil, das trotz sehr kompakter Bauform eine beeindruckende Durchflussleistung bietet. Mit 420 CFM – ausreichend für Anwendungen bis 3500 PS – spielt der ProPort in einer eigenen Liga. Er ist 30 mm (1,2") niedriger als der PowerPort und liefert dabei über 25 % mehr Durchfluss als das marktführende 50-mm RacePort. Zu den Merkmalen gehören das einzigartige Locking-Collar-Design, ein neu entwickeltes Ventprofil, die Sensor-Cap-Option sowie verschiedene Federoptionen für Turbo- und Kompressor-Systeme.
Supercharger-spezifische Version
Die Supercharger-Version des ProPort verfügt über eine weichere Feder (4 inHg), damit das Ventil auch im Leerlauf geöffnet bleibt, obwohl der Kompressor weiterhin Ladedruck erzeugt. Diese Abstimmung ist essenziell für sauberen Motorlauf, korrektes Bypass-Verhalten und ein optimiertes Ansprechverhalten bei Kompressor-Setups.
Entwicklung & Technologie
Der ProPort ist das Ergebnis aus über 25 Jahren Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Blow-Off-Ventilen sowie 12 Monaten intensiver Entwicklungsarbeit. Das Design wurde per CFD optimiert und in der Praxis validiert, um den größtmöglichen Durchfluss unter den extremen Anforderungen von Tuning und Motorsport sicherzustellen.
Das Mil-Spec-Membranventil bietet höchste Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit und arbeitet mit dem bewährten Boost-Balance-System – je mehr Ladedruck anliegt, desto besser dichtet das Ventil ab.
Optional: integrierter Hall-Effekt-Positionssensor
Optional ist der ProPort mit einem berührungslosen Hall-Effekt-Positionssensor erhältlich. Dieser kommt ohne Durchgangsbohrungen im Deckel aus und verhindert damit zuverlässig jede Form von Leckagen.
Die auslesbaren Daten sind für professionelle Rennteams ebenso wertvoll wie für ambitionierte Hobbyfahrer – besonders wenn jede Sekunde auf der Strecke zählt.
V-Band & Anschlussdesign
Das hochwertige Quick-Release-V-Band-System entspricht dem Standard, den man von Turbosmart erwartet. Der markante GenV-Deckel ist drehbar und verfügt über 2 × 1/8" NPT Referenzanschlüsse, um die Verlegung der Unterdruckleitungen in engen Motorräumen zu erleichtern.
