Our Active Valve Control gives you complete control of your Audi RS3 8V.

Our flap module is connected plug & play in your vehicle and can be retrofitted at any time without leaving any residue.

Exhaust flap operation per original switch

The following functions are available via the Drive Select menu:
  • Audi Drive Select: Comfort mode
    Both exhaust flaps closed (also during cold start)
  • Audi Drive Select: Auto mode
    Both exhaust flaps behave 100% original
    -original mode-
  • Audi Drive Select: Dynamic mode
    Both exhaust flaps permanently open + the familiar"misfire" also remains AFTER engine restart!
Innovative features:
  • Protecting the engine (safety function)
    Full load driving with closed flaps can lead to damage, which is why our module opens both flaps from a speed of approx. 4000 RPM to relieve the engine.
  • Reversing the flaps using the original button
    You have the option of reversing the flaps in Comfort and Dynamic mode.
    This means: You are driving in Comfort mode with the flaps closed, but would like them open? No problem: Press the ESP button twice in succession to reverse the flaps.
  • Module deactivation using the original button
    You have the option of completely deactivating our flap control system by holding down your "Start&Stop automatic" button for approx. 5 seconds. Repeating this procedure will reactivate the module.
  • "Misfire" memory function
    If you restart the vehicle in Dynamic mode, the exhaust flaps remain open and the misfire is also enabled again without having to select Dynamic mode again.
  • SSA memory function
    The last status of the Start&Stop function is saved and restored after the engine is restarted.


Notes:

  • Not approved in the area of the StVo (as RACE variant)
  • Full load travel with closed flaps should be avoided
  • Use at your own risk - No liability is assumed for damage

Es wird keine Garantie übernommen, für Produkte, die nicht in einer Fachwerkstatt von geschultem Fachpersonal eingebaut werden.
Arbeiten an Kraftfahrzeugen dürfen nur von geschultem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Einbaufehler können neben Fehlfunktionen am Produkt, auch zu gefährlichen technischen und ggf. rechtlichen Konsequenzen am Fahrzeug führen.
Lassen Sie daher bitte sämtliche Umbauten durch einen KFZ-Fachbetrieb der Innung durchführen.
