Product description:
Das HPerformance DQ500 Kupplungskit kombiniert unsere Upgrade-Kupplung für bis zu 1.200 Nm mit einem verstärkten Zweimassenschwungrad. Es wurde für alle Audi 2.5-TFSI-Modelle mit DQ500-Getriebe entwickelt, die dauerhaft sehr hohe Drehmomente übertragen müssen.
Das Kupplungspaket verfügt über insgesamt 13 Spezialreibscheiben, bestehend aus sechs großen und sieben kleinen Reibscheiben für Kupplung 1 und Kupplung 2. Ergänzt wird das Paket durch acht große und sechs kleine Präzisionsstahlscheiben in bewährter BorgWarner-Qualität.
Ein entscheidender Bestandteil des Kupplungsupgrades ist der hochwertige Kupplungsdeckel von Dodson Motorsport. Dodson zählt im Bereich leistungsfähiger Doppelkupplungsgetriebe und Motorsport-Kupplungskomponenten zu den weltweit führenden Herstellern. In Verbindung mit dem gehärteten Zapfen, dem verstärkten Kupplungskorb und dem exakt abgestimmten Lamellenpaket entsteht eine äußerst belastbare Lösung für leistungsstarke Straßen- und Motorsportfahrzeuge.
Passend zur Kupplung enthält das Kit ein neues, von HPerformance verstärktes Zweimassenschwungrad. Dabei wird insbesondere der Mittelkranz überarbeitet und verstärkt, da dieser bei hohen Drehmomenten und wiederholten Launch-Control-Starts eine bekannte Schwachstelle des serienmäßigen Zweimassenschwungrads darstellt.
Die Kombination empfiehlt sich besonders, wenn das vorhandene Zweimassenschwungrad bereits Geräusche oder Klappern aufweist und ohnehin ersetzt werden muss. Durch den direkten Austausch gegen die verstärkte Ausführung wird die gesamte Kraftübertragung auf die gesteigerte Motorleistung vorbereitet.
Für eine einwandfreie Funktion muss das Kupplungspaket beim Einbau fachgerecht eingemessen, eingestellt und anschließend korrekt adaptiert werden.
