Turbosmart ProPort – Kompakt. Extrem stark. Fortschrittlich.
Der ProPort von Turbosmart ist ein komplett neues 54-mm (2,13") Blow-Off-Ventil, das trotz extrem kompakter Bauform einen gewaltigen Luftdurchsatz bietet. Mit 420 CFM ist es für Anwendungen bis 3500 PS ausgelegt und setzt neue Maßstäbe. Der ProPort ist 30 mm (1,2") niedriger als der PowerPort und liefert gleichzeitig über 25 % mehr Durchfluss als das marktführende 50-mm RacePort. Zu den Highlights gehören das einzigartige Locking-Collar-Design, ein neues optimiertes Abluftprofil, die Option einer Sensor-Cap sowie verschiedene Federvarianten für alle Turbo- und Kompressor-Setups.
Der ProPort entstand aus über 25 Jahren Erfahrung im Bau von Blow-Off-Ventilen und 12 Monaten intensiver Entwicklungsarbeit. Das Design wurde per CFD-Analyse optimiert und im realen Einsatz getestet, um maximalen Durchfluss unter den anspruchsvollen Bedingungen moderner Tuning- und Motorsportanwendungen sicherzustellen. Das Mil-Spec-Membranventil reagiert extrem schnell und nutzt unser bewährtes Boost-Balance-System – je mehr Ladedruck anliegt, desto besser dichtet es ab.
Optional ist der ProPort auch mit einem integrierten Hall-Effekt-Positionssensor erhältlich. Da der Sensor kontaktlos arbeitet und der Deckel ohne Durchgangsbohrungen auskommt, besteht kein Risiko für Undichtigkeiten. Die dabei gewonnenen Daten sind für professionelle Rennteams wie auch ambitionierte Hobbyfahrer gleichermaßen wertvoll – besonders wenn jede Runde und jede Sekunde zählt.
Das Quick-Release-V-Band-System entspricht der hohen Turbosmart-Qualität. Der charakteristische GenV-Deckel verfügt über 2 × 1/8" NPT Referenzanschlüsse und kann rotiert werden, um Unterdruckleitungen selbst in engen Motorräumen optimal zu verlegen.
