In addition to the HP chip tuning box, the Stage 1 performance upgrade also includes a modified replacement plate filter for improved air flow. Furthermore, the offer includes an input and output measurement on our all-wheel drive test bench , on which we carry out the individual tuning of the engine software before we also take a test drive on the road.

The Audi RS3 8Y Facelift is already a fascinating vehicle ex works - but with the HPerformance chip tuning box it unfolds its true potential. The latest generation of our system brings that racing feeling directly to the road and makes the RS3 even sharper, more dynamic and more impressive.
Installation is plug-and-play, completely uncomplicated and without any intervention in the original engine control unit. The driver has full control at all times via the smartphone app: power levels can be conveniently selected and the extra power can be activated or deactivated at the touch of a button. This creates a degree of flexibility that is virtually unattainable with conventional tuning.
Even in stage 1, the box catapults the five-cylinder engine to 460 hp and 620 Nm of torque. The result: explosive acceleration, razor-sharp response and a driving experience that is directly reminiscent of motorsport. Every gas stroke becomes an announcement, every straight becomes a start-finish straight.
As the original control unit remains untouched, the RS3 retains its suitability for everyday use and ease of servicing. At the same time, the performance increase remains reliable even after software updates from Audi. And if necessary, the system can be removed at any time without leaving a trace.
With the HPerformance chip tuning box, state-of-the-art technology merges with pure emotion - for all those who not only want to drive their RS3, but also experience it.
Note: As already mentioned in our general terms and conditions, the power rating for this stage refers to the use of 102 octane fuel. A lower octane rating results in less power.

A consistent improvement
Using the latest generation of hardware, HPerformance has further refined Stage 1 of the RS3 8Y facelift.
Our proprietary HP Chiptuning / Performance Box enables fuel-dependent performance upgrades. Currently, the ECU of the RS3 facelift model is still locked. Unlocking it would be extremely expensive and time-consuming. That’s why we sought out an alternative solution and tailored it perfectly to the facelift model. The various performance levels can be easily adjusted via a mobile app (iOS & Android). Best of all: Our tuning box is TÜV-approved!
The result is not only a noticeable boost in performance, but also an exhilarating driving experience with a more responsive feel and a marked increase in driving pleasure—truly in keeping with the HPerformance DNA.
