
The Performance increase level 5 is the most powerful stage that we offer with TÜV for the steel engines. In addition to the TC Turbos X8 "retrofit" turbocharger, the Engine Pack 2 is the highlight of this stage. Thanks to the engine reinforcement, the engine is not only overhauled, it can also deliver almost any power that the fuel system can provide (approx. 640 hp). We dismantle, clean and measure the engines. The engine is then reassembled and run in by us. The power delivery in this stage is extremely harmonious and the vehicles benefit from the very good exhaust back pressure management of the X8 turbo, similar to the OPF vehicles. As a result, the CEP CZG engine, which normally starts ringing much earlier than the DAZ DNW engines, can be driven healthily at over 600 hp. As an option, the system can be extended with a milled intake manifold, which will further improve efficiency.
The 650 hp stage is rounded off by an engine and transmission software adjustment on our all-wheel drive test bench. Final measurement and test drives on the road are also carried out.

Software changes:
- Individual reprogramming of the engine and transmission software on our dynamometer
- Increase of all performance-relevant maps
- Adaptation of the transmission software to the engine software
- Switching times in S and M are shortened
- Transmission response times are improved
- Switching logic is improved
Please note:
Depending on the delivery condition of the standard engine, it may be necessary to enlarge the bore (oversize). This incurs additional costs that are not included in the price of this stage.
