Every Turbosmart turbocharger comes standard with everything needed for installation—including weld-on flanges, V-band clamps, gaskets, and oil supply and return ports.
The TS-1 series features oil-cooled turbochargers with lightweight, precision-cast turbine housings. A proprietary combination of bearings and the main shaft ensures extremely fast response times—coupled with the performance, quality, reliability, and support for which Turbosmart is known.
The extremely low rotating mass of our unique bearing and shaft design is combined with aggressive compressor aerodynamics to achieve high performance even at low shaft speeds. A specially designed turbine wheel ensures that flow and performance remain constant even under high loads.
All Turbosmart turbochargers have been developed using an end-to-end engine design approach to maximize performance through reduced exhaust backpressure and highly efficient turbines—while also being smaller, lighter, and more responsive than other solutions on the market.
