Kleiner, leichter und schneller – Die Turbolader-Serie von Turbosmart wurde entwickelt, um moderne Materialien sowie moderne Design- und Fertigungstechniken zu nutzen und eine Turbolader-Range zu schaffen, die sowohl den Ansprüchen des Motorsports als auch von Performance-Enthusiasten gerecht wird.
Jeder Turbosmart-Turbolader wird standardmäßig mit allem geliefert, was für die Installation benötigt wird – inklusive Schweißflanschen, V-Band-Klemmen, Dichtungen sowie Ölzu- und Ölrücklaufanschlüssen.
Die TS-1 Serie besteht aus ölgekühlten Turboladern mit leichten, investitionsgegossenen Turbinengehäusen. Eine proprietäre Kombination aus Lagerung und Hauptwelle sorgt für ein Ansprechverhalten, das du bisher für unmöglich gehalten hast – zusammen mit der Performance, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, für die Turbosmart bekannt ist.
Die extrem geringe rotierende Masse unserer einzigartigen Lager- und Wellenkonstruktion wird mit einer aggressiven Verdichter-Aerodynamik kombiniert, um hohe Leistungswerte bei niedrigeren Wellendrehzahlen zu ermöglichen. Diese ist mit einem speziell entwickelten Turbinenrad abgestimmt, um sicherzustellen, dass die Leistung und der Durchfluss auch unter hoher Last erhalten bleiben.
Alle Turbosmart-Turbolader wurden mit einem ganzheitlichen Motor-Ansatz entwickelt, mit dem Ziel, mehr Leistung durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und Hochleistungsturbinen zu erzielen – und dabei kleiner, leichter und reaktionsschneller zu sein als andere Lösungen auf dem Markt.
