Smaller, lighter, and faster – The Turbosmart turbocharger series was developed to leverage modern materials and advanced design and manufacturing techniques, creating a range of turbochargers that meet the demands of both motorsports and performance enthusiasts.
Every Turbosmart turbocharger comes standard with everything needed for installation —including weld-on flanges, V-band clamps, gaskets, oil supply and return ports , and coolant supply and return ports.
Die TS-2 Serie umfasst wasser- und ölgekühlte Turbolader mit leichten, im Feingussverfahren hergestellten Turbinengehäusen sowie einer firmeneigenen Kombination aus Lagerung und Hauptwelle. Diese sorgt für ein Ansprechverhalten, das man zuvor nicht für möglich gehalten hätte – kombiniert mit der Leistung, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und dem Support, für die Turbosmart bekannt ist.
Die extrem geringe rotierende Masse unseres einzigartigen Lager- und Wellenaufbaus wird durch aggressive Verdichter-Aerodynamik ergänzt, um hohe Leistung bereits bei niedrigeren Wellendrehzahlen zu ermöglichen. Ein speziell entwickeltes Turbinenrad sorgt dafür, dass die Performance auch bei hoher Last und hohem Durchfluss konstant bleibt.
Die TS-2 Turbolader-Serie folgt einem Engine-End-to-End-Ansatz, bei dem maximale Leistung durch reduzierten Abgasgegendruck und hochleistungsfähige Turbinen erreicht wird – und das bei einer Lösung, die kleiner, leichter und schneller im Ansprechverhalten ist als viele andere Turbolader auf dem Markt.
