Smaller, lighter, and faster – Turbosmart’s turbocharger series was developed to make the most of modern materials and state-of-the-art design and manufacturing techniques, creating a range of turbochargers that meets the demands of both motorsports and performance enthusiasts.
Every Turbosmart turbocharger comes standard with everything needed for installation—including weld-on flanges, V-band clamps, gaskets, and oil supply and return ports.
The TS-1 series consists of oil-cooled turbochargers with lightweight turbine housings manufactured using precision casting. A proprietary combination of bearings and main shaft ensures extremely fast response times—along with the performance, quality, reliability, and support for which Turbosmart is known.
The extremely low rotating mass of our unique bearing and shaft design, combined with aggressive compressor aerodynamics, enables high performance even at low shaft speeds. A specially designed turbine wheel ensures that performance and flow remain constant even under high loads.
All Turbosmart turbochargers are designed using an end-to-end engine concept to maximize performance through reduced exhaust backpressure and high-performance turbines—while being smaller, lighter, and more responsive than other solutions on the market.
