The GenV PowerGate60 Compressed Gas external wastegate is a cost-effective, high-performance 60-mm external wastegate designed for control strategies that actively supply the upper chamber with increased pressure for operation across a wide boost pressure range, such as in CO2 drag racing or compressed air applications. The external wastegates in the Compressed Gas / CO2 series feature a reverse diaphragm, which is suitable for high-pressure CO2 or compressed air systems and large pressure differentials.
The GenV offers users extensive configuration options, world-leading advanced thermal performance, fatigue resistance, and best-in-class flow capacity for optimal control and durability.
Turbosmart's GenV external wastegate is a complete redesign of a classic model, and the only feature carried over from the Gen4 series is its mounting orientation. The GenV series has been internally CFD-optimized and validated for maximum flow and thermal management, and offers more features, options, and performance than any other wastegate.
They are a direct-fit upgrade for all Turbosmart Gen4 wastegates and feature our unique collar-lock system, a variable actuator cover and base for easy, optional 360-degree routing of reference hoses, belt-style V-band clamps, optional liquid cooling, 1/8″ NPT reference ports, and come with the full range of available springs.
