Product description:
The 640PS kit provides all the necessary hardware components to convert standard TT-RS and RS3 CEP* models to 640PS power. It differs fundamentally from all smaller kits in that the engine is reinforced. The JE Ultra Series forged pistons reduce the compression ratio to 9.5:1 (also possible in oversize). Depending on the model, it has the corresponding intercooler for thermal relief of the fresh air as well as the corresponding intake and downpipe, which can be purchased either without catalytic converters or with 100- or 400-cell catalytic converters. Added to this is the X8 "retrofit" turbocharger, which can deliver up to 750 hp on gasoline and 850 hp on alcohol. The turbo comes as a new part. Also included is the necessary 12 mm high-pressure pump, a torque arm and the transmission catalytic tank.
If the 400 Zeller catalytic converter modules are purchased and the software is adapted in-house, the kit can be registered in accordance with TÜV regulations.
IMPORTANT: There is no installation, no individual software tuning and no TÜV registration by HPerformance. This kit only represents the required hardware for the respective performance level. The shipping costs for sending in the turbocharger (if no new one is selected) are borne by the buyer!
