
We achieve our Stage 2 with 530PS and 670NM with our 4-inch 101.6 mm OPF-TÜV downpipe in addition to the fresh air-side modifications to the intake with turbo inlet and intercooler. The boost pressures required for 530 hp and more need to be relieved on the exhaust side in order to be able to call up the power reproducibly. As the OPF models in particular react very sensitively to temperature and exhaust back pressure (exhaust gases escaping from the turbocharger, which create a back pressure in the exhaust tract), we only use our 4" 101.6 mm downpipe with underfloor OPF and catalytic converter modules for these models. As a result, we achieve 0.3 bar less back pressure than with the 88.9 mm. In addition to thermal relief, the downpipe also ensures a throaty & muffled sound.
In addition to the hardware modifications mentioned above, an individual, fuel-specific software tuning on our in-house all-wheel drive test bench is of course included (incl. input and output measurement)
