This stage boosts your Audi RS3 8Y to 666PS and 750NM with TÜV approval.

Our 16 years of experience in Audi 5 cylinder tuning and months of development work have paid off - with the new TC Turbos X8 we are now offering you a 666PS and 750NM performance level with TÜV approval. The basis for this performance level is an engine reinforcement with our Engine Pack 1, which is simultaneously enhanced by our new HP special connecting rods also reduces the compression of the engine. This not only makes the engine more durable, it also improves the power output on petrol station fuel, as combustion is more controlled.

The new TC-Turbos X8 turbocharger is at the heart of the system and is responsible for the power output. In addition to the engine reinforcement, our high-performance clutch kit is also used in conjunction with our flywheel reinforcement to better handle the 750NM of torque that is generated. Our milled intake manifold is also used for a more even charge and ultimately more power at the peak.

  • Increasing the V-Max according to the installed brake system
  • Test drives in real operation for data recording

666PS for even more performance

Stage 4 takes the RS3 8Y to a new level: 666 hp, which can be legally driven on the road. The centrepiece is the TC Turbos X8 upgrade turbocharger, which, in combination with targeted fresh air optimizations, ensures maximum torque right up to the limiter. Improvements in all areas give the RS3 a powerful but TÜV-compliant sound. Crucial in this performance level: the Engine Pack 1 - a targeted engine reinforcement that designs the pistons, connecting rods and other engine components for the higher load and provides the necessary stability.

This stage is the result of months of development work - with road approval, test bench testing and detailed optimization. For the TÜV test, we also had a strength certificate drawn up, during which our RS3 had to complete approx. 3000 km on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. HPerformance is currently the only provider to realize this performance legally and permanently drivable.

Level 4 – for those who want the maximum without compromise.
