The performance upgrade stage 2 achieves outputs of over 535PS and 680NM.
We achieve our Stage 2 with 535PS and 700NM with our 4-inch 101.6 mm OPF-TÜV downpipe in addition to the fresh air-side modifications to the intake with turbo inlet and intercooler. The boost pressures required for 535 hp and more need to be relieved on the exhaust side in order to be able to call up the power reproducibly. Since the OPF models in particular require Temperature and Exhaust back pressure (exhaust gases escaping from the turbocharger, which create back pressure in the exhaust tract), we only use our 4" 101.6 mm downpipe with underfloor OPF and catalytic converter modules on these models. This enables us to achieve 0.3 bar less in back pressure compared to the 88.9 mm. In addition to the thermal relief, the downpipe also ensures a throaty and muffled sound.
In addition to the hardware modifications mentioned above, an individual, fuel-specific software tuning on our in-house all-wheel drive test bench is of course included (incl. input and output measurement)

Hardware changes:
- HP Sport Series intercooler
- HP 4" 100 mm aluminum intake (select option)

- Adjustment of all performance-relevant maps on our all-wheel drive test bench
- Adjustment of oil and exhaust gas temperature, component protection functions

Für das Tuning können Sie entweder das bestehende Steuergerät Ihres Fahrzeugs verwenden oder sich für ein zusätzliches, neues Steuergerät entscheiden.
Bei Verwendung des bestehenden Steuergeräts wird dieses individuell angepasst und programmiert.
Mit einem neuen Steuergerät bleibt das originale Steuergerät vollständig erhalten, sodass jederzeit ein Rückbau möglich ist. Für diese Option fällt ein Aufpreis von 1.299,- € an.
Die Liefer- bzw. Wartezeit verändert sich durch die Wahl des neuen Steuergeräts nicht.

Die Race-Stage-2 für den RS3 8Y bringt kompromisslose Performance auf die Strecke. Der groß dimensionierte HP Ladeluftkühler hält die Ansaugtemperaturen auch unter maximaler Belastung stabil und sorgt für konstante Leistung. Die HP 4" Aluminium-Ansaugung (100 mm) auf das Serien-Turboinlet verbessert den Luftdurchsatz spürbar und steigert das Ansprechverhalten deutlich.
In dieser Race-Ausbaustufe kommt eine kat-lose Downpipe ohne OPF zum Einsatz – für minimalen Abgasgegendruck, maximalen Flow und einen unverfälschten, aggressiven Sound.
Das Ergebnis: Ein puristisch aufgebautes Race-Setup mit technischer Konsequenz und voller Emotionalität – entwickelt für Fahrer, die Performance ohne Einschränkungen erleben wollen.
