Unsere 16 Jahre Erfahrung im Cupra Formentor VZ5 5 Zylinder Tuning und monatelange Entwicklungsarbeit haben sich ausgezahlt – die stärkste Tuningstufe für Ihren Cupra Formentor VZ5. Grundlage für diese Leistungsstufe ist eine Motorverstärkung mit unserem Engine Pack 1, welches gleichzeitig durch unsere neuen HP special connecting rods also reduces the compression of the engine. This not only makes the engine more durable, it also improves the power output on petrol station fuel, as combustion is more controlled.
The new TC-Turbos X8 turbocharger is at the heart of the system and is responsible for the power output. In addition to the engine reinforcement, our high-performance clutch kit is also used in conjunction with our flywheel reinforcement to better handle the 800NM of torque. Our milled intake manifold is also used for a more even charge and ultimately more power at the peak.

Software changes:
- Adjustment of all performance-relevant maps on our all-wheel drive test bench
- Adjustment of oil and exhaust gas temperature, component protection functions
- Increasing the V-Max according to the installed brake system
- Test drives in real operation for data recording
Please note:
For the tuning, you can either use your vehicle's existing control unit or opt for an additional, new control unit.
If the existing control unit is used, it will be customized and programmed.

The delivery or lead time will not change as a result of selecting the new control unit.

Individual coordination
All our performance levels, consisting of the corresponding hardware and software. We develop and manufacture these exclusively in-house. This means that hardware and software can be perfectly matched and we achieve the best possible results. The final fine-tuning takes place on our performance test bench. Each project is concluded with extensive test drives , during which all parameters are checked again under real conditions.
