Our Stage 3 performance upgrade achieves 620PS and 710NM.
This stage is the logical further development of Stage 2 with a turbocharger developed by us in collaboration with TC Turbos - the TC Turbos X6!
This power pack has matured over many years of development and has been uncompromisingly designed for responsiveness and simultaneous performance of over 600 hp. Turbo lag or late response are foreign words for vehicles with this setup. The aggressiveness and agility of a Stage 2 is retained in this stage and is enhanced by more power in the mid and upper rev range. Intercooling and exhaust gas routing are taken over from Stage 2, as all our performance stages are modular. In terms of exhaust gas temperature, exhaust gas backpressure and thermal load, the turbocharger also shines here, literally "sucking" the exhaust gas out of the cylinder thanks to its efficient exhaust gas turbine geometry, regardless of the speed range.
In addition to the hardware mentioned above, individual, fuel-specific tuning is of course possible on our in-house All-wheel drive test bench included.

Hardware changes:
- TC Turbos X6 upgrade turbocharger in exchange
- HP Sport Series intercooler with air ducts
- HP 4" 100 mm aluminum turbo inlet
- HP 4" 100 mm closed aluminum intake (other options available)
- Sports air filter insert
- HP 4" 101.6 mm downpipe (catalytic converter variant selectable)
- 1000cc injection nozzles incl. wiring harness
- NGK spark plug set R-series
- Torque support insert aluminum
- Engine oil change Motul 300V Competition
Software changes:
- Adjustment of all performance-relevant maps on our all-wheel drive test bench
- Adjustment of oil and exhaust gas temperature, component protection functions
- Increasing the V-Max according to the installed brake system
- Test drives in real operation for data recording
Note: This stage does not have TÜV approval and is only available as an export version!
IMPORTANT: There is no installation, no individual software tuning and no TÜV registration by HPerformance. This kit only represents the required hardware for the respective performance level. The shipping costs for sending in the turbocharger (if no new one is selected) are borne by the buyer!

Kernstück TC Turbos X6!
Mit 620 PS und 710 Nm liefert die Stufe 3 für den RS3 8Y spürbar mehr Performance – vor allem dort, wo Stufe 2 an ihre Grenzen stößt: im oberen Drehzahlbereich. Der TC Turbos X6 Upgrade-Turbolader sorgt für kraftvollen Ladedruck bis zum Drehzahlende und macht die Mehrleistung jederzeit erlebbar. Unterstützt wird er vom HP Sport Serie Ladeluftkühler mit Luftführungen, der für konstante Temperaturen unter Last sorgt.
The intake has been completely rebuilt: with the HP 4" aluminum turbo inlet , the matching HP 4" aluminum intake pipe (optionally in carbon) and a sports air filter insert for optimal air flow.
On the exhaust side, the HP 4" (101.6 mm) OPF-TÜV downpipe with underfloor catalysts reduces exhaust backpressure, improves thermal performance, and gives the vehicle a more emotional sound – fully TÜV-compliant. Stage 3 stands for linear thrust all the way to the top – noticeable, precise, and uncompromising.
