
Our Stage 3 performance upgrade achieves 620PS and 710NM.
This stage is the logical further development of Stage 2 with a turbocharger developed by us in collaboration with TC Turbos - the TC Turbos X6!
This power pack has matured over many years of development and has been uncompromisingly designed for responsiveness and simultaneous performance of over 600 hp. Turbo lag or late response are foreign words for vehicles with this setup. The aggressiveness and agility of a Stage 2 is retained in this stage and is enhanced by more power in the mid and upper rev range. Intercooling and exhaust gas routing are taken over from Stage 2, as all our performance stages are modular. In terms of exhaust gas temperature, exhaust gas backpressure and thermal load, the turbocharger also shines here, literally "sucking" the exhaust gas out of the cylinder thanks to its efficient exhaust gas turbine geometry, regardless of the speed range.
In addition to the hardware mentioned above, individual, fuel-specific tuning is of course possible on our in-house All-wheel drive test bench included.

Software changes:
- Adjustment of all performance-relevant maps on our all-wheel drive test bench
- Adjustment of oil and exhaust gas temperature, component protection functions
- Increasing the V-Max according to the installed brake system
- Test drives in real operation for data recording

With all exhaust system components, discoloration occurs on the silencers, pipe and tailpipe during operation. These are material-related changes that are not covered by the warranty/guarantee of the item and have no negative effect on the use or technical properties of the item.

620hp - X8 - pure power!
With 620 hp and 710 Nm, Stage 3 delivers noticeably more performance for the RS3 8Y – especially where Stage 2 reaches its limits: at the upper rev range. The TC Turbos X8 upgrade turbocharger provides powerful boost pressure right up to the rev range, making the increased power noticeable at all times. It's supported by the HP Sport Series intercooler with air ducts , which ensures consistent temperatures under load.
The intake has been completely rebuilt: with the HP 4" aluminum turbo inlet , the matching HP 4" aluminum intake pipe (optionally in carbon) and a sports air filter insert for optimal air flow.
On the exhaust side, the HP 4" (101.6 mm) OPF-TÜV downpipe with underfloor catalysts reduces exhaust backpressure, improves thermal performance, and gives the vehicle a more emotional sound – fully TÜV-compliant. Stage 3 stands for linear thrust all the way to the top – noticeable, precise, and uncompromising.
