This stage boosts your Audi RS3 8Y to 660PS and 750NM with TÜV approval.
Unsere 16 Jahre Erfahrung im Audi 5 Zylinder Tuning und monatelange Entwicklungsarbeit haben sich ausgezahlt – mit dem neuen TC Turbos X6 bieten wir Ihnen ab sofort eine 660PS und 750NM starke Leistungsstufe mit TÜV Zulassung an. Grundlage für diese Leistungsstufe ist eine Motorverstärkung mit unserem Engine Pack 1, welches gleichzeitig durch unsere neuen HP special connecting rods also reduces the compression of the engine. This not only makes the engine more durable, it also improves the power output on petrol station fuel, as combustion is more controlled.
The new TC-Turbos X6 turbocharger is at the heart of the system and is responsible for the power output. In addition to the engine reinforcement, our high-performance clutch kit is also used in conjunction with our flywheel reinforcement in order to better handle the 750NM of torque that is generated. Our milled intake manifold is also used for a more even charge and ultimately more power at the peak.

Software changes:
- Adjustment of all performance-relevant maps on our all-wheel drive test bench
- Adjustment of oil and exhaust gas temperature, component protection functions
- Increasing the V-Max according to the installed brake system
- Test drives in real operation for data recording
Please note:
For the tuning, you can either use your vehicle's existing control unit or opt for an additional, new control unit.
If the existing control unit is used, it will be customized and programmed.
Mit einem neuen Steuergerät bleibt das originale Steuergerät vollständig erhalten, sodass jederzeit ein Rückbau möglich ist. Für diese Option fällt ein Aufpreis von 1.799,- € an.
The delivery or lead time will not change as a result of selecting the new control unit.

660PS for even more performance
Stage 4 takes the RS3 8Y to a new level: 660 hp, which can be legally driven on the road. The centrepiece is the TC Turbos X6 upgrade turbocharger, which, in combination with targeted fresh air optimizations, ensures maximum torque right up to the limiter. Improvements in all areas give the RS3 a powerful but TÜV-compliant sound. Crucial in this performance level: the Engine Pack 1 - a targeted engine reinforcement that designs the pistons, connecting rods and other engine components for the higher load and provides the necessary stability.
This stage is the result of months of development work - with road approval, test bench testing and detailed optimization. For the TÜV test, we also had a strength report drawn up, during which our RS3 had to complete several thousand kilometers on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. HPerformance is currently the only provider that can legally and permanently realize this performance.
