The system comes with a twin 2,75" 70mm pipe diameter, that goes into single 3,5" 90mm. At the smallest section the system offers a 3,5" 90mm diameter, which allows to handle 900HP. It is a plug and play exchange to the stock system, using the stock electric valve. Therefore the system can be controlled by the stock AUDI MMI / Dashboad switches (dynamique / comfort / individual) / auto). The exhaust system can be configured with or without middle silencer. If you choose the "street" option you have the middle silencers, and the system is street legal. It is the first downpipe in the world to be consistently built with this pipe diameter. It begins at the turbocharger outlet and thus replaces the standard pre-catalyst. Our TÜV downpipe comes with 2 x 400 cell catalytic converters, which can be used well beyond the TÜV-tested range (600 HP) and also uses OPF filters. We also install this variant in the approved performance level with 600 HP in all OPF models. The downpipe is exchanged for the standard downpipe. Especially with the OPF models there is a clearly noticeable difference between 3.5 inches / 88.9mm and 4 inches / 101.6mm in exhaust back pressure and temperature recordings. On average, the exhaust back pressure for the 4-inch OPF downpipe is another 119 millibars (mbar) below the level of a 3.5-inch version. The exhaust gas temperature for continuous loads with the 4-inch version is on average 15 °C lower than the 3.5-inch version.These advantages are now also available for the street, as the downpipe has made it ready for series production. Product description: The latest 2.5 TFSI DNWA DNWC RS3 and TTRS generation is equipped with oxigen particle filters (OPF). Whenever you want to have the same sound or performance than the non OPF vehicles you need to remove these. By removing them you vehicle will generate variuos fault codes due to the missing filters and the different lmabda values. Therefore we designed our OPF / OPF & lambda simulator tool. You can install this in combination with a decat downpipe without having any fault code or check light. It allows you to run turboback exhaust systems without touching the software of your car. The power increases up to 30HP and 70NM with a decat downpipe and the simulator box.Important:Your downpipe does need to have temperature sensor fittings to install the sensors into the downpipe. Otherwise check lights will appear. We have suitable downpipes inclusive this function. We guarantee the function of the module exclusively with our downpipes.
