11L WMI tank - all 2.5 TFSI - water methanol injection
Product description: Water-methanol injections (also alcohol) are used to support intercooling and to improve fuel quality. The systems inject the mixture through a nozzle depending on the boost pressure (programmable). This is installed in the boost pressure system before or after the intercooler. The methanol / alcohol that is injected over it also improves knock resistance enormously. Fuels with a low octane number can thus be improved in terms of knock resistance. Thus, the engine is relieved in two ways (thermal and anti-knock). In addition, the fuel system can be relieved somewhat with the system in the 2.5 TFSI steel engines. This system can easily cope with any possible output, even well over 1000 HP, without hissing as a result of a possible exhaust gas pressure plug. There is a balance between exhaust back pressure and actual possible performance. From a certain power level (with the original exhaust system from 650 HP), the exhaust back pressure increases and the efficiency and power output decrease equally - but not with our 101.6mm exhaust system.   Our 4 inch - 101.6mm exhaust system produces a sound that is very different from that of an 88.9mm - 3.5 inch exhaust system. Engine packs need to be tailored to the car setup. Hybrid turbo builds like TC610XT, TC870XT or TC900XT or full frame setups should be tailored in terms of compression level and fuel to have the maximum best output. The Pistons of our engine packs are custom deisgned by HPerformance regarding tolerances (piston to wall clearance), components (bolts), materials and overall measures and coatings and produced by JE Piston using their best Ultra Series materials. By that we prevent negative aspects like rattle noise, blow by, or wearing that cause engine break downs very quickly. The rods are also designed by HPerformance and have some unique features. The material grade which is often hidden in the web is a major key fact regarding the strength of rods. Our rods have HRC (hardness after rockwell) level 41 and a special 26mm small end design that reduces piston pin bending by stress and handles more power on top. The supertech valve springs help to keep the valves operating even under high RPM and load levels. Product description: The TC Turbos TC610XT is based on an original CEP CZG 2.5 TFSI Borg Warner turbocharger. It can be exchanged directly for the original turbocharger in all CEP and CZG models. The TC610XT is a further development of the predecessor TC550XT, which uses the same robust bearing. A newly developed exhaust turbine wheel not only improves response by more than 300 rpm compared to the 550XT, but also increases peak performance by another 35 hp. In order to achieve the additional power, the turbocharger is revised on the fresh air and exhaust side. Its compressor housing is milled out accordingly in order to be able to use the new 11-blade compressor. The exhaust manifold is also machined in order to be able to drive the corresponding exhaust gas turbine profile. The enlargement of the compressor wheel allows more air volume and can therefore allow more filling (boost pressure / power) over the stock turbo. Product description:The HPerformance Sport Series intercooler for the RS3 TTRS CZGB DAZA DNWA represents a massive upgrade over the stock intercooler. It offers a 125% larger charge air volume, 81% more inflow surface and a "bar and plate" core that is superior to any performance and with over 900hp cooling capacity is rated. This means that the cooling performance of the HPerformance RS3 TTRS intercooler exceeds that of the stock cooler many times over. The stock intercooler allows measurements on the test bench in fourth gear and heats up by an average of 20°C from the beginning to the end of the measurement run. Already in the second measurement, the performance drops by more than 10 HP as a result of an intake air temperature that quickly exceeds 45°C and leads to enrichment or component protection mode in the control unit. TC Turbos TC610XT 2.5 TFSI upgrade turbo - CEP CZG K16 steelblock
Product description: The TC Turbos TC610XT is based on an original CEP CZG 2.5 TFSI Borg Warner turbocharger. It can be exchanged directly for the original turbocharger in all CEP and CZG models. The TC610XT is a further development of the predecessor TC550XT, which uses the same robust bearing. A newly developed exhaust turbine wheel not only improves response by more than 300 rpm compared to the 550XT, but also increases peak performance by another 35 hp. In order to achieve the additional power, the turbocharger is revised on the fresh air and exhaust side. Its compressor housing is milled out accordingly in order to be able to use the new 11-blade compressor. The exhaust manifold is also machined in order to be able to drive the corresponding exhaust gas turbine profile. The enlargement of the compressor wheel allows more air volume and can therefore allow more filling (boost pressure / power) over the stock turbo. This is only possible in combination with the exhaust turbine wheel, which is also enlarged. The heart of the TC610XT is its rock solid bearing section. It can handle high loads and even overspinning over time. Compared to the stock unit and compared to corresponding competitors solutions, this was designed to be significantly larger in order to prevent damage caused by overspinning of the turbocharger and to meet the toughest demands. Due to its extremely robust bearing, it can also be used on circuits and racetracks under continuous load without any problems. The balancing work is carried out on high-precision machines from Schenk Germany. Both the individual components and the entire center section are finely balanced. The response of the TC610XT is similar to a standard turbocharger. There is only a difference of 280 rpm in response between the TC610XT and a standard turbocharger. Product description: The HPerformance 1000HP+ twin low pressure fuel pump is based on a brand new AUDI pump. Additionally a secondary brushless pump is combined with the system. This secondary pump is boost switch activated and can be adjusted to start from any boost level between 1-3,5 Bar / 17-50 PSI. That helps to keep the fuel temperature low, as the pump does not need to pump the fuel into the circuit if not necessary.
