intercooler side reduces the backpressure and improves the airflow. The
system can be adapted to stock intercooler (competitor with stock

intercoolers. Also another weak point of the stock charge cooling
system, the electrical blow off, is replaced by a reliable mechanical

system offers a 3,5" 90mm diameter, which allows to handle 900HP. It is a
plug and play exchange to the stock system, using the stock electric
valve. Therefore the system can be controlled by the stock AUDI MMI /
Dashboad switches (dynamique / comfort / individual) / auto). The
exhaust system can be configured with or without middle silencer. If you
choose the "street" option you have the middle silencers, and the
system is street legal. The version without middle silencer "race"
version does sound more brutal, but has no more homologation.

The HPerformance 4 inch - 101.6mm exhaust system is not only designed to achieve a never-before-seen sound on the 2.5 TFSI, but also to reproduce every technically possible performance from the perspective of exhaust back pressure. This system can easily cope with any possible output, even well over 1000 HP, without hissing as a result of a possible exhaust gas pressure plug. There is a balance between exhaust back pressure and actual possible performance. From a certain power level (with the original exhaust system from 650 HP), the exhaust back pressure increases and the efficiency and power output decrease equally - but not with our 101.6mm exhaust system. Our 4 inch - 101.6mm exhaust system produces a sound that is very different from that of an 88.9mm - 3.5 inch exhaust system. The sound is generally much duller and more powerful - and thanks to our specially developed center silencer, it's just fun to enjoy every operating condition. This belongs to: 1. Exhaust valve closed: The system doesn't rumble or drone at all, its volume is at the same level as an original exhaust system, without even a hint of rumbling or drone.2. Gap intake manifolds are very efficient up to a certain power or boost pressure, as all cylinders are filled evenly. If boost pressures of 2 bar or more are used, we achieve significant increases in performance with our gap intake manifolds. The power is transferred from the engine to the
transmission via the flywheel. This is screwed to the crankshaft (on the engine
side) and is connected to the gearbox via a shaft (plugged in on the gearbox
side). This screw-connector system is connected using a wreath. As soon as the
vehicles' performance is increased, or even with high mileage and the
associated material fatigue, this ring breaks quickly. As soon as it is broken,
the volume changes and the flywheel gets more and more "play" (unwanted
movement), which in the worst case can lead to damage to the gearbox/gearbox
housing.
HPerformance's reinforced dual mass flywheel has
solved this problem. The weak connecting ring is replaced by a milled carbide
ring and screwed on. This means that unwanted signs of wear can no longer
occur. The reinforcement is only available as a set with a new AUDI flywheel,
as used flywheels with a broken rim fail and then have too much unwanted
tilting play even with the reinforcement.
We recommend the reinforcement for all vehicles
with an output of 600 HP and more than 700 NM.

The HPerformance engine pack 2 is designed for daily street driving. We
advise to combine the engine pack 2 wit classic pump fuels. Engine packs
need to be
tailored to the car setup. Hybrid turbo builds like TC610XT, TC870XT or TC900XT
or full frame setups should be tailored in terms of compression level
and fuel to have the maximum best output. The Pistons of our engine
packs are custom deisgned by HPerformance regarding tolerances (piston
to wall clearance), components (bolts), materials and overall measures
and coatings and produced by JE Piston using their best Ultra Series
materials. By that we prevent negative aspects like rattle noise, blow
by, or wearing that cause engine break downs very quickly. The rods are
also designed by HPerformance and have some unique features. The
material grade which is often hidden in the web is a major key fact
regarding the strength of rods. Our rods have HRC (hardness after
rockwell) level 41 and a special 26mm small end design that reduces
piston pin bending by stress and handles more power on top. The
supertech valve springs help to keep the valves operating even under
high RPM and load levels. After various material and stress tests we
found out, that the oem head bolts supplyed by AUDI deliever more
clamping force than many of the aftermarket bolt Solutions and they dont
need to be re-tightened, what bolts need to be. The engine pack Comes
furthermore with all gaskets and sealants that are needed to reassemble
your engine. That saves a lot of stress and ensures a straight forward

we offer for the old steel block generation. The kit includes all parts
you need to get a fully virgin RS3 8V1 or RS Q3 8U CZGB to a reliable
horsepower level of 700 and 850NM of torque. The kit is designed to
perform 700HP continously under any condition, reproduceable. The kit
combines all benefits of our mordern 870XT hybrid turbo with the
requirements of a steel block engine. The reliability of the turbo is
due to the journal bearing section guaranteed over time. The engine pack

As soon as there is a load change in the vehicle,
full acceleration, driving on the race track or even a launch control start is
carried out, the engine tilts extremely in the engine compartment. This strong
tilting movement must be absorbed by the bearings (motor and gearbox). Over
time, these tire, the motor stops in its tilting motion and not only does
unpleasant noise occur, but the bearings suffer permanent damage as a result.
The HPerformance rubber torque arm completely
replaces the standard torque arm / pendulum arm. All tilting movements are
cushioned by a solid rubber bearing. The vehicle not only feels more agile due
to the reduced rolling and tilting movement of the engine, it can also cope
with high power and torque over the long term.
In comparison to our competitors, we use a rubber
bearing, which works absolutely noise-free and vibration-free compared to
polyurethane bearings. There are no unpleasant background noises either when
stationary or when driving. In addition, rubber bearings have a significantly
longer life expectancy than polyurethane bearings.
