Product description: The HPerformance 3,5" 90mm downpipe replaces the oringinal factory downpipe. The Factory downpipe comes with a huge restriction on top, directly after the exhaut gas outlet of the turbocharger. As soon as the engine is loaded with more boost, the resulting exhaust gases cannot be handled properly by the stock downpipe. The temperature increases and the back pressure is rising due to the growing mass of exhaust gases. The HPerformance TÜV downpipe replaces the stock front catalysator and has 2 x 400cell catalysators under the car. This downpipe is street legal and can handle up to 850HP. We also offer the option to 2 x 200 cell or 2 x 100 cell as well as a twin decat straight pipe version. Depending on your countries regulations or your own power expectations you can choose your prefered style of catalysator. All of our downpipe solutions (400 cell, 200 cell, 100 cell or straight pipe) will offer significant exhaust gas temperature  and backpressure drop compared over the stock downpipe. Also, the sound is more deeptone and backfire will appear by downshifting. The power is increased by removing the stock downpipe to a HP downpipe round about 8-9% over stock. Product description: Our HPerformance Sport Series intercooler is based on a Gerrett 900 bar and plate design core, which we consistently rate to 700HP for drag racing and 700HP for circuit use. In extensive test series, we tested a wide variety of tube-and-fin and bar-and-plate cores on an 700HP TT-RS DAZA. The main focus was on the reproducibility of the performance. This means that the vehicle can handle thermal stress over a period of time. Product description: The TC Turbos TC870XT CEP is based on an original DAZA / DNWA 2.5 TFSI Borg Warner turbocharger. It can be exchanged directly for the original turbocharger. The TC870XT is a further development of the predecessor TC800XT, which uses the same robust bearing. A newly developed exhaust turbine wheel not only improves response by more than 300 rpm compared to the 800XT, but also increases peak performance by another 40 hp. In order to achieve the additional power, the turbocharger is revised on the fresh air and exhaust side. Its compressor housing is milled out accordingly in order to be able to use the new 11-blade compressor. The exhaust manifold is also machined in order to be able to drive the corresponding exhaust gas turbine profile. The enlargement of the compressor wheel allows more air volume and can therefore allow more filling (boost pressure / power) over the stock turbo. This is only possible in combination with the exhaust turbine wheel, which is also enlarged. The heart of the TC870XT is its rock solid bearing section. It can handle high loads and even overspinning over time. Compared to the stock unit and compared to corresponding competitors solutions, this was designed to be significantly larger in order to prevent damage caused by overspinning of the turbocharger and to meet the toughest demands. Due to its extremely robust bearing, it can also be used on circuits and racetracks under continuous load without any problems. Product description:  The power is transferred from the engine to the transmission via the flywheel. This is screwed to the crankshaft (on the engine side) and is connected to the gearbox via a shaft (plugged in on the gearbox side). This screw-connector system is connected using a wreath. As soon as the vehicles' performance is increased, or even with high mileage and the associated material fatigue, this ring breaks quickly. As soon as it is broken, the volume changes and the flywheel gets more and more "play" (unwanted movement), which in the worst case can lead to damage to the gearbox/gearbox housing. HPerformance's reinforced dual mass flywheel has solved this problem. The weak connecting ring is replaced by a milled carbide ring and screwed on. Product description: The HPerformance engine pack 2 is designed for daily street driving. We advise to combine the engine pack 2 wit classic pump fuels. Engine packs need to be tailored to the car setup. Hybrid turbo builds like TC610XT, TC870XT or TC900XT or full frame setups should be tailored in terms of compression level and fuel to have the maximum best output. The Pistons of our engine packs are custom deisgned by HPerformance regarding tolerances (piston to wall clearance), components (bolts), materials and overall measures and coatings and produced by JE Piston using their best Ultra Series materials. By that we prevent negative aspects like rattle noise, blow by, or wearing that cause engine break downs very quickly. The rods are also designed by HPerformance and have some unique features. The material grade which is often hidden in the web is a major key fact regarding the strength of rods. Our rods have HRC (hardness after rockwell) level 41 and a special 26mm small end design that reduces piston pin bending by stress and handles more power on top. The supertech valve springs help to keep the valves operating even under high RPM and load levels. After various material and stress tests we found out, that the oem head bolts supplyed by AUDI deliever more clamping force than many of the aftermarket bolt Solutions and they dont need to be re-tightened, what bolts need to be. The engine pack Comes furthermore with all gaskets and sealants that are needed to reassemble your engine. Product description: The HPerformance turboinlet is the ideal complement to the HPerformance open 100mm intake system. The turboinlet makes it possible to generate the greatest possible air flow in front of the turbocharger, which not only improves the response behavior, but also significantly increases the maximum throughput. Just installing the inlet on an original CEP CZG generates an increase in performance of 11PS and 18NM. In combination with an open intake, the inlet unfolds its full performance. Then even up to 15hp and 27NM increase can be measured. The inlet is absolutely necessary on vehicles that drive an upgrade turbocharger (more than 450 hp). On the TC610XT turbocharger, performances over 600hp are only possible through the inlet. Thanks to the laser manufacturing technology, this inlet has a wall thickness of only 1.6mm and has a much larger volume than compareable cast inlets. HPerformance CEPA TTRS 8J MK1 RS3 8P MK1 - TC870XT 600HP turbokit
Product description: The HPerformance TC870XT - 600HP steelblock turbokit is the entry level to the 870XT kits for the steelblocks, that end up in 700HP. The kit is specificly designed for the CEP TTRS 8J and RS3 8P that have very limited space in the engine bay available. Due to that the wastegateholder and the intake pipe are custom designed to fit these requirements. The new turboinlet is in 3,5" / 90mm diameter, the actuator is set up to 2 bar / 30PSI. The supplyed components allow to modify a stock virgin TTRS MK1 or RS3 MK1^toa reliable and reproduceable power level of 600HP. The power ratings are defensive and can be achieved with 102 ron or even 100 ron fueling. 98 ron requires additional WMI or lower boost, which ends up at 560-570HP. Product description: The 650hp turbo kit for the steel engine generation CEP TTRS 8J and RS3 8P is an extension of the 600hp basic kit. In contrast to the 600hp version, this kit is no longer driven on the standard engine, but on one reinforced by an engine pack. HPerformance connecting rods, JE Pistons, valve springs and other small parts make the engine ready for significantly more power. In practice, the 50PS and approx. 50NM are extremely noticeable. The torque in particular, which can now be increased across the entire band (more boost pressure), makes the vehicles significantly faster. Even at low engine speeds, significantly more power can now be generated thanks to the increase in boost pressure, which makes the vehicles very lively. This is not possible without a built-in engine pack. The performance specifications are designed to be defensive and can be reproduced in a reproducible manner. Product description: The 700hp turbo kit for the steel engine generation CEP TTRS 8J and RS3 8P is the highest power level kit that we offer for that engine plattform. In contrast to the 650hp version, this kit is supported by a water-methanol / ethanol injection kit, that helps to keep the charge air temps reproduceable low ander uny circumstanzes. Also it increases the octane level of he fuel and helps to support the stock fueling system, that could otherwise not generate 700hp. Product description: The TC Turbos TC610XT is based on an original CEP CZG 2.5 TFSI Borg Warner turbocharger. It can be exchanged directly for the original turbocharger in all CEP and CZG models. The TC610XT is a further development of the predecessor TC550XT, which uses the same robust bearing. A newly developed exhaust turbine wheel not only improves response by more than 300 rpm compared to the 550XT, but also increases peak performance by another 35 hp. In order to achieve the additional power, the turbocharger is revised on the fresh air and exhaust side. Its compressor housing is milled out accordingly in order to be able to use the new 11-blade compressor. The exhaust manifold is also machined in order to be able to drive the corresponding exhaust gas turbine profile. The enlargement of the compressor wheel allows more air volume and can therefore allow more filling (boost pressure / power) over the stock turbo. This is only possible in combination with the exhaust turbine wheel, which is also enlarged. The heart of the TC610XT is its rock solid bearing section. It can handle high loads and even overspinning over time. Compared to the stock unit and compared to corresponding competitors solutions, this was designed to be significantly larger in order to prevent damage caused by overspinning of the turbocharger and to meet the toughest demands. Due to its extremely robust bearing, it can also be used on circuits and racetracks under continuous load without any problems. The balancing work is carried out on high-precision machines from Schenk Germany. Both the individual components and the entire center section are finely balanced. The response of the TC610XT is similar to a standard turbocharger. There is only a difference of 280 rpm in response between the TC610XT and a standard turbocharger.
